Kyoko just gave me the video. For the record, I was thinking about the photos and came up with the theory that everyone lost their memories and was in a class together, not just Kyoko. Makoto was probably the cameraman. Gonna leave this here so I can boast about it in case I was right

I think the corpse was covered by the tarp to stop it getting wet at 7:30. I can't imagine what the tape is for or why it had blood on it

Maybe in Makoto's "dream", Kyoko dressed up as her in order to take the knife from Makoto's room? After all, she had the secret tool. But that doesn't explain why she hung around outside of her disguise. Also possible is that she fought off the 16th student, but then they'd both need a copy of the tool. Though she did make a point of noting that Makoto didn't lock his room that one time

Here's a thought: how does this end? If there's a vote between two students over the murder of a third then it'll end in a tie. If there's a vote between three students over the death of a fourth, what happens to the two who remain? Do they basically go all out on another until only one is left alive? Will the final case be an actual shooter instead of just shooter mechanics? Drop the ronpa and just keep dangan? :D

Also, I feel like Byakuya was kinda dumbed down for this case. Sure, he might not get emotions, but even he should have seen that the evidence didn't fit Hina's story about killing Sakura

Something's been done to them. I'm coming off VNs like 13 Sentinels and VLR, so the two possibilities that come to mind are they're all in pods and this is a simulation (13S) or they're on the moon (VLR). I doubt either one is the case though

Nah, if you don't get the true ending, just reload and try again. No need to replay the whole game when you often (not always) just need to choose one different option

She was poisoned. Chemical C-4 probably isn't actual C4 lol.

The correlation might be point values of chess pieces increasing left to right. But I don't want to Google that to make sure and spoil the fun. Also, two bottles might be missing, judging by the gaps. I think the smashed bottle in the rec room is a chemical bottle and the bottle in the chem lab may be one of the shelf bottles

Yasuhiro probably met up with Sakura and she gave him one of the sweets as a "let's make up" present. I don't think he killed her. More likely, one of the others hid in the locker until she was alone/suffering from the poison, killed her and left the room, 'locking' it behind them. Maybe they framed Toko (Byakuya?). Of course, I'm not saying Asahina or Kyoko are definitely innocent

Things I don't get: the smashed bottle and her shoe

I feel a lot less confident about this mystery than I did about the others. It feels like with the others I had the skeleton of the solution and just needed to fill the gaps, whereas here I'm just observing random aspects of the solution but can't link them together
