My preference is 2 > 3 > 1 as well, but it's a mild preference, whereas I get the sense MacArrowny and slykirby feel strongly about it. Given MacArrowny doubled it as well, majority probably rules here, and 3 seems to be the option that pleases the most people.

A certain somebody was acting less than ideal about my nominating it, so I withdrew Blue Desert Hotel to satisfy that person. Sorry, I should have waited on Danger! For some reason, I thought people had done it in the past.... I guess not really.

To make up for it, I will only nominate four songs on Day 2! I'm glad you said something because I would have nominated five songs again otherwise...

I will admit I couldn't really understand that situation since said person seems to be planning to renominate Blue Desert Hotel today anyway? Surely it benefits Blue Desert Hotel fans to have it earlier in the playlist, but maybe there's an emotional or symbolic reason...

I am going to remove the nomination after work and replace it with a different fighting game song.

2-3 people have done this already, but I just want to mention that I'm mildly uncomfortable with nominations being replaced like this after they've entered the fray. So far it's been at most one song per person, which I feel is an acceptable level of leeway to account for mistakes, but more generally I thought the point of our staggered nomination limits was to try and make listening to everyone's nominations a bit fairer and more achievable, and this sort of thing seems to lead to lots of people listening to six songs from one person instead of five. That said, if enough people can't listen to your song at all, it's understandable, though surely it's possible to just use a non-topic upload?

Glad to have had a song make it this far! I should clarify what I meant by unlucky song, though I'm touched you remembered. In this instance it would be the song ranked at 332 in your list, because in a sense that's the song that thwarted my luckiest song.

It's pretty wild how high my final nomination has climbed. It's the song that came the closest to not being included in my selection at all, while also being the one I put the most thought into.

Oh! I didn't actually read the post you quoted I guess, because I thought you were talking about Weapons Up. I'd rather not spoil myself on 13 Sentinels.

The context of Weapons Up is basically that a bunch of special attacks in the game come with an accompanying 20 second loop that's a pastiche of 80s music, and for some reason Jake Kaufman decided to make a full version of only that song.

This is such a weird song. I feel like theres big context Im missing. But even without that, its weirdly inspirational, with a sweeping melody and bells (again with the bells) and CLAPPING I love clapping. The singer also doesnt go ham, which I appreciate. If I ever played this game I get the sense that the song would make it to like 8.5, so 6.5 is pretty good!

Yeah, this song probably has more context than anything else in the soundtrack. It wouldn't be hard to write a paragraph or two about it. Do you think you ever will play the game?
