But I think you can will the rest of your payments to whoever in case of death, I believe.

Can you? I was told that once you're dead, the payments cease to continue, and you can't "will" them to someone else.

Admittedly, I haven't looked into the topic much because it's not an issue I'll ever need to be concerned about.

From what I understand. A suspended sentence means you can be sent back to jail to serve the time if you fail to meet prior conditions. Kind of like parole.

Depends on the ex, but hell yeah Id invite her in and have a death match in my basement between her and my wife. Whoever survives gets to be my wife as long as theyre not too badly deformed during the fight. Im okay with slight deformities, though. Might be cool to have a wife with an eyepatch. The stress got to her. Its sad to see.

I'm sure that's part of it. She was diagnosed with a heart condition, but even so, 27 is so young. I'm sure her father's death and all of the stress contributed. Apparently she just had a kid too. Really sad to hear she died.
