Gen X would have been too young to vote for Reagan. They're '65 to '80 and Reagan was elected in 80, so the oldest X-ers would have been 15. They're more likely to have been the reason Clinton won against Bush Sr.

That reminds me of that time in the 90s when Nickelodeon hosted a kids pick the President vote before the election (for fun). The vast majority of them picked Clinton.

As far as right wing Christians go, she's pretty spot on.

I hate how right wing Christianity has all the money and power, yet are the furthest thing from Christ. Meanwhile left wing Christians are the best examples of being Christ like, but are largely ignored because their money and time is going towards helping others instead of trying to condemn others and prop up the rich.

This is probably related, but my mom believes in the so-called "gap theory" to explain dinosaurs. The gap theory being that, between how Genesis 1:1 and 1:2 are worded, there was a completely different Earth that was created and destroyed between those verses, and we're on the second one. The first Earth is the one that had the dinosaurs. Some proponents of this theory believe that the old Earth was destroyed by the fall of Lucifer.

While still crazy, that is an interesting theory that I've never heard of. Like a less insane Mario movie plot.
