9. It's Never Too Late

qwuxrX0

In this next episode, Batman finds himself in the middle of a mob war.

An old time mob boss by the name of Arnold Stormwell is the target of Rupert Throne, a much younger crime boss who's looking to expand his territory.

In this story, Batman plays sort of a dark angel to Stormwell. Batman wants Stormwell to give information to the police to help put away some of the criminals who are plaguing the city. Stormwell refuses at first, but decides it's best to retire from crime after Batman leads him on sort of a tour of his criminal life and shows how it's affecting those he loves.

This episode is a lot different than the other episodes because we find our hero trying to convince a bad guy to give up his criminal acts. Usually it's just Batman versus a bad guy and then we call it a day. In this adventure Batman takes on the challenge of trying to redeem the criminal. It's a good story and there's plenty of action towards the end to keep fans satisfied.

Seems to be an internal leak.

Stuff won't be rotated out though like Netflix.

So... eventually we'll have a full list of Disney movies and cartoon shows that will never go away?

I hope so. I understand why Netflix rotates its stuff. It's because of licenses and things like that, but Disney owns everything. Unless I'm missing something? I would to see the Aladdin cartoon get added and the Mighty Ducks animated series. Also missing, Tale Spin, Dark Wing Duck, Gargoyles, Chip N Dale Rescue Rangers, Bonkers, Timon and Pumba, and Quack Pack.

8. A Bullet For Bullock

In this episode Detective Harvey Bullock reluctantly teams up with Batman after receiving death threats from an anonymous person.

This story doesn't focus on any major villains, but some gangsters and other bad guys.

First off, I loved the intro to this episode. The jazzy tune really sets the scene for this adventure. It reminds me of some 1950's film noir. The jazz music plays in and out throughout the ordeal.

Now, in this particular story we learn a little bit more about Harvey Bullock. He's a lonely man and no one likes him. He's even brash with his co-workers. At one point officer Montoya ask Bullock what he's doing for New Year's and he replies with, "The same thing I always do, my laundry."

It was also interesting to see the chemistry between Batman and Bullock as the two don't really like each other. However, this episode showed that they work really well together. The ending is quite a surprise and it's funny. I loved it.

I've had acid reflux for a long time.

It's gone a way after I made major lifestyle changes.

Step 1

I took the medication I was given. I take it every morning before breakfast. (Now I don't really need to take it anymore)

Step 2

Aloe vera juice did help a little bit. I drank a glass about once a day, but for only about 3 to 4 days. I didn't finish the entire jar. The reason is because the juice actually gave me the runs, but I did notice a difference when it came to my acid reflux. I bought the juice at Sprouts. This is the one I bought.

https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0918/4570/products/lakewood_og_aloe_whole_leaf_32oz_lg_1024x1024.png?v=1516378090

Step 3

I changed my entire diet while I was healing my stomach. Yup, that means cutting out 90% of the foods you love. There might be even foods you might be allergic too and you don't even know it. It might be causing you a small reaction, but not severe enough to really hurt you. For example, I get really gassy when I drink or eat milk products. I am lactose intolerant. I switched over to lactose free milk and feel a lot better.

I also cut out chocolate, tomato, any spicy foods like salsa, no pizza, or anything that's heavy. This is temporary. Once your stomach heals then you can go back to those foods, but you can only have them for like 2 to 3 times a week.

An example of something I would eat while I was healing my stomach was something like a 6 inch Subway sandwich. I would get oven roasted chicken on Italian bread with spinach and that's it. If I got chips, I would get the Lays Oven Baked. For a drink, I had to cut out any sodas and teas. The only thing I would drink was water.

Step 4

Eating more meals, but smaller portions. For this part I made sure to eat about 3 to 4 times a day, but smaller meals. I would eat something like oatmeal and toast bread for breakfast and that was it.. This, even though I could probably eat 8 pancakes, 2 eggs, and 4 sausages. I couldn't think like that anymore. I know I can eat like Man vs Food, but I had to stop. It had to be smaller portions.

Step 5

Exercise and get enough sleep.

Exercise at least 3 times a week. If you do exercise then make sure you give yourself enough time between eating and working out because if you eat and workout 30 minutes later then you could get bad reflux during your exercises. You should wait at least 90 minutes between eating and working out. You also can't eat and go to bed. If you sleep at 10:30 pm then your last meal should be at around 8:30 pm.

Step 6

Prayer.

Anxiety and stress can really wreck your gut. Pray and mediate at least 30 minutes a day and just relax and breathe.

Yeah, I honestly can't see Netflix lasting more than 10 years. They're losing all the NBC content like The Office and Friends. Frasier will also probably disappear. CBS stuff is gone. Disney stuff is leaving. No more Marvel shows and that includes Fox stuff like Die Hard. Netflix is left with crappy movies like Paul Blart Mall Cop.

Netflix's original content is good, but they can't keep chugging them out month after month and week after week.

Amazon is starting to look good in the long run because they have some crappy movies, but you can rent whatever you like via instant streaming. Netflix you can rent movies, but by mail.

7. The Cape and Cowl Conspiracy

In this episode, Batman is finally defeated or so it would seem.

The super hero takes on a villain who goes by the name of Wormwood. He's a special interrogator who captures his victims and leaves them to suffer in these deathtrap. He's sort of like the Riddler in Arkham City. The only way to escape the trap is for the victims to negotiate with the dangerous bad guy.

Commissioner Gordon wants to catch Wormwood, but he realizes he needs hard evidence to put him away. Enter Batman.

This episode showcases the Dark Knight's genius and shows how he is always thinking one step ahead of his foes. I think the ending is what makes this episode one of the best in the long series.

6. P.O.V.

7Y6W0Q0

I love this episode. P.O.V. takes a different turn from the other adventures. Batman is still central to the plot of this story, but he isn't the main character.

Instead, two police officers and Detective Bullock take over the main roles here. Batman doesn't even have a speaking line until the final six minutes of the episode!

One of the great things about this story is that it gives depth to some of these minor characters. It really lets them shine.

You also learn what a lying and crooked detective Bullock really is.

And you also learn more about officer Montoya who makes some appearances throughout the series.

I have to say that I loved the beginning of the episode. It's told through flashbacks and you really don't have an idea on what's happening until the last few minutes.

Lastly, the villain in this adventure is very mysterious. You never really see his face or know anything about him. It's a nice set up. The bad guy stood out enough, but didn't overshadow Bullock, Montoya, and the rookie.

This is the part of the story where I'm like WTF?

When Jacob got out to grab "condoms" in the trunk, that's when Sam jumped out and sat in the back seat to catch Chloe with her shorts pulled down to her knees and sam took a PICTURE of it before she could try to pull it back up

She said the face Chloe had was priceless and in shock as she said "Hi samantha" as Jacob drove the trio to Mcdonalds and Chloe pretended like nothing happened

So they all went to eat together after Chole was caught trying to hit on Sam's man?

What reality is this?

I'm undecided on this machine.

I like it because it has the original controller and everything, but I have most of those games already.

Earthworm Jim 2 is the only Genesis game that I don't have and would have had me at an instant buy.

Most of the other games have already been released like 10 times already in different compilations.

Here's my wish and it's a big one that will probably never happen. I would like a Genesis or SNES mini that has like 40 games already included and also has an online store where I could download other Genesis games that belong to other 3rd parties who are hogging their properties because they don't want Sega to profit from them. I'm talking about games from the likes of Disney and so on.

Give me Aladdin, Lion King, and Batman the Animated Series. I also want to see X-Men and X-Men 2 Clone Wars.

5. See No Evil

iQdYvPW

In this episode Batman takes on a typical street thug, but the villain has the upper hand because he can make himself invisible... dun, dun, dunn!

The plot in this episode is different than the others. Sure the bad guy is a thief like all the other bad guys in the previous episodes, but he's doing a lot of it for his daughter. However, that doesn't go over well with the mom and of course Batman.

Our superhero has a tough time battling this common street thug because of his ability to make himself "disappear." However, Batman always finds a way.

I laughed at one joke in this story when the villain turns his car invisible and Batman is riding on top of it. Some guys on the street see Batman on top of it and responds with, "I didn't know he could fly too."

One woman said she tried to escape by taking a chance and swimming back, but Epstein, Maxwell, and some guards went after her and brought her back.

That story seems something out of the movie "Taken" or something. Crazy shit.

I'm wondering how Epstein was able to just bring a young girl with him everywhere he went without raising questions.

It makes you wonder what else these rich elites are up to. Kidnapping with sacrificing to please their Gods, so that they never lose their money. Who knows?
