Diet does contribute to height.

One of the factors to why humans got taller throughout the ages is better diet.

Obviously this is more important when you are growing.

After 18-20, you're stuck with the height you have by then so no diet will help you there.

That is true but even that is limited. My diet was crap as a teen. I got to five foot seven. Tallest person in my family is my grandpa at five foot eight. If I ate a super healthy diet, it mightve given me an inch or two but nothing major. Weight on the other hand is another story. I was unhappy about my weight so a few months ago I committed to watching my calories and exercising. Down 30 pounds in 3 months. Wish height worked the same way

I thought the Witch was okay. Definitely wasnt jump scare horror. And It wasnt even really atmospheric horror, more so horror on the intellectual basis. When you stop to think that the daughter genuinely did nothing wrong and loved her family, but her family is what left her with no other option but to become the monster that they thought she was, its scary how your family could turn on you like that as youre just a child.

I just cant rank the prequels higher than TLJ. Sorry, thats my line in the sand. And honestly, I like TLJ on paper better than TFA as well. TLJ at least had a strong thematic sense to it. Letting the past die isnt a theme that the Star Wars fans may have wanted, but at least theres a theme there. I feel like TFA exists just to exist.
