I haven't listened to any of their other stuff though, is it worth looking into? I'll listen to some of these other albums soon. Keep up the great work! --- It's not so impossible! |

I actually got to go see Sufjan in concert during his Carrie and Lowell tour, and it was freaking spectacular. I'm so glad it was released as an album. Listening to it really fills me with a warm sense of nostalgia. I was so excited that there were some Age of Adz songs in the setlist, too! That's one of my all time favorite albums. My one gripe with Carrie and Lowell Live is that some of the sprawling ambient weirdness I felt worked better in a concert setting with the accompanying visuals, and I don't think all of it translated too well into an album format. Also, he didn't perform Hotline Bling at the show I went to. I saw on Pitchfork or something the next day that he performed it at the very next concert he did. I was slightly bummed about that. :( --- It's not so impossible! |

I just really like Laslow a lot. I've used him in every playthrough I've done in both Awakening and Fates. Yankees posted... That's awesome. Only 20k more feathers for a Slaying Edge. Go for it. Close defense seal is better for him, no? I've definitely considered it, but I think I prefer the flat +3 defense because it allows him to completely tank B. Lyn, even without Ephraim's buff. I love hearing that double 'tink' sound as Laslow totally no sells one the best units in the game. --- It's not so impossible! |

And here's a pic of his stats when paired with his BFF buffbot Ephraim:  At some point in the future I want to give him a Slaying Edge+ and switch his special to Bonfire (and maybe Quick Riposte 3 for completionist's sake), but right now I'm content. He just helped carry me through a deathless run in Tier 20 arena on the first try, so I'm pretty happy with that. --- It's not so impossible! |
