There will be a little yellow star next to any dlc gear and quests, and often they appear after you leave the area. So when you finish a major story beat or move to a new area, check the map for new dlc quests. It's clearly marked. it should automatically be added though right? I most likely just havent encountered any? I just found the hidden city, for context. LostForest posted... I like that Lara covering herself in mud was a game mechanic.fair enough.
