I do have a recommendation that fits most of those requirements, but I'm not sure if it counts as isekai. In Cage of Eden, basically a plane full of passengers (including the protagonist and his class on a trip) hits turbulence and winds up on a strange island filled with plants and animals that are long extinct.

It's made even stranger by the fact that the plants and animals all hail from different time periods, making their initial assumption of time travel seemingly impossible. They have to survive and maybe find a way home by grouping together, learning to trust one another, and of course often their greatest threat winds up being other people.

I have trouble stopping myself from doing glitches or sequence breaks when playing it. The exploration glitch is too fun.

I stayed out too late at karaoke. I signed up right at 11 when it started, but when it was 1:30 and my name still hadn't come up I had to call it. I still have to work tomorrow as well.

Most annoying part is that some people actually sang more than once in that time.

Not even sure how to answer that. When I was 17 I had a gig at a haunted house, and in a strange pile of misunderstandings I wound up kicked out of it before I even started working (without actually being let go). Later on when everything was cleared up, the bosses took no responsibility for their part and said they "didn't want someone irresponsible like me."

I'm the same as TC; started playing Tetris Attack recently and I'm not near as quick as I used to be. I'm lucky to get a x4 combo now. But I'm sure some of that can be chalked up to not being in the groove yet.

I'm gonna be working another convention this weekend; currently deciding what I want to get autographed by the guests. We've got four different characters from FMA Brotherhood (Hohenheim, Homunculus, Envy, and Yoki).

It kind of sucks this time around, because they require you to work a minimum of 20 hours. In most of my previous gigs the minimum was only 12-16. I do often find myself with a lot of free time when I go as a regular attendee, but this is gonna eat up too much of my time.

Yeah, I actually don't mind walking or biking on my commute. It's preferable in a lot of ways to public transportation (no dealing with erratic bus schedules or the people you'd see riding). The only thing about it that I dislike is extreme temperatures.

That's kind of two different points. Zelda has been getting more active roles in the stories, with Ocarina, Skyward Sword, Breath of the Wild, etc. But overall I don't think the latter point will be going anywhere anytime soon. Saving the princess is sort of a major theme of many of the games, just like with Mario.

I hate getting the runaround at the DMV. I remember when taking the test I specifically asked if I needed my birth certificate because I didn't have it, and they said no. Few minutes later when they're inputting information, that very same person asks for a birth certificate.

I didn't really before, but I've gotten a handmade bead bracelet as a gift, as well as some matching Sora/Roxas pendant necklaces (Sora's crown, Roxas' X), so I wear those pretty often.

I liked Spirit Tracks better, but both are absolute bottom tier Zelda games. 2007 to 2012 were truly the worst years for the Zelda franchise.

I still haven't played Spirit Tracks, but I enjoyed Phantom Hourglass. The one dungeon you have to revisit several times can be a little annoying, but there are shortcuts so you don't have to run through the entire thing every time.

The touch screen controls work well enough; a lot of people just don't care for them because they're not traditional controls. Having touch controls allows you to do creative things like map out the course of a boomerang or bombchu, and there are some puzzles that utilize it or the dual screens.
