for 3DS at least. i got to work through all my other stuff eventually to see where i'm at with them. it's a good time for me to do 3ds now though and buy up everything i would ever want.

finishing up my 3ds collection! pretty confident i've got everything i would be into which would actually be a relief since i can't get any more physical games since i'm already at 13 and i only have like 5000 blocks left on my SD. but maybe i missed something.

Went to Teth Alla, Tower of Salvation. Cutscene with Lloyd picking up two swords saying its the final battle. I go inside but theres nothing to do...

if this is endgame you need to go to the Tower of Salvation in Sylvarant and warp to final area

this sounds pretty typical for a first game clear. you can check by going to a shop that lets you exchange materials for Grade. i think it might be in customization places?

easiest way to grind GRADE is go to a beginning area and finish battles as fast as possible but it's like 2 or 3 per battle i think, not really worth IMO until you get the MORE GRADE option in NG+

should i get pokemon sword/shield physical or digital?

on one hand, digital is more convenient, takes up less space, the way saves work on switch, can't even backup online save data

but on the other, i would keep my physical pokemon streak alive
