I want starfield to do well. I love the idea.

The school vibe is surprisingly okay. Almost like a mix of Code Geasse and Gundam military for like a military school. Not as bad as I thought but I hope they'll leave it soon (seems likely)

The mobile suit designs are pretty good so far.

Not that much really happened so far. Not too many characters got fleshed out so far.

Main character is really naive and anxious, not showing too much personality yet, hopefully that gets fixed. I think it will, given some parts shown and the prologue episode

Sound/music design and quality is great so far.

Secondary character seems interesting.

The oligarchy type stuff seems interesting once they get into it.

Very progressive I suppose? (For gundam at least) could be an interesting plot point though given other details, wondering how it will play out.

I give it a 7 out of ten based on the first episode, a solid 8-8.5/10 including the prologue episode.

That anime is possibly worse than berserk when it comes to cgi imo. I mean yeah it can be jarring, but most cgi isn't like that anymore luckily. The ones that are, well, they're basically unwatchable.

I know they've caught up or sold more in some months. It's hard to say for sure though. Both ps5 and Xbox x get/got scalped though. There isn't too much reliable information I can easily find besides the total sales numbers for each though. It seems that a lot less people are as concerned as they used to be (thankfully)

Xbox is making back what they sell at a loss in Game Pass Subscriptions.

The point was more that Xbox was already doing that and still not winning. Plus, they definitely don't have to worry about losing money on consoles as much as Nintendo does, and have more ways to make the money back.

Either way it's not just a win button.

If anything, that's been more of Xbox's approach, plus they could sell at more of a loss and are still losing. Even a rich company like Microsoft isn't throwing away money to win in console sales. So, why would you think Nintendo would not only do that, but somehow also have more money than Microsoft? None of it makes any sense.

It's the demand for a ps5, or at least it mostly is. Iirc.
