Transitioning shouldnt even be a requirement. Acknowledgment of them as women shouldnt be contingent on whether they make the hard and sometimes traumatic choice of going under the knife and ingesting of hormones, and not all of them can even afford it. If they are acknowledged as women then they should be allowed to compete.

Also sports isnt about fairness. Theres swimming athletes who dont produce as much lactic acid and they have a biological advantage. Also basketball players that are way taller than others.

There are people who identify as stuff like bungender or vamp-gender and were supposed to accept them as valid because they fall under non-binary.

So if people are identifying as part animal or as concepts, if were being consistent, then someone can identify their gender as attack helicopter or gamer or as a ****ing deer and you need to respect their pronouns.

So I just read up a bit on it and from what I gather this ruling means that, while agents are still not supposed to abuse their power in any way while conducting searches, they now cant be sued for any wrongdoing.

You can however still file a grievance report with their department so that a coworker can investigate them in an internal investigation, and also other departments are prevented from doing the investigation. Also you cant get any $ for damages committed towards you or your property.

I see some posts claiming that some of the language can apply to other federal agencies or stretched a little to apply to them as well.

Hes non-binary. Non-Binary are transgender although its important to keep in mind some non-binary dont label themselves as transgender. Ive yet to hear or see anything about Ezras use of the transgender label.

Imagine working at a place where your coworkers will jump to social media to publicly condemn you the moment you mess up instead of coming to you in person or bringing their concerns to HR.

AND the staffers monitor the likes that a tweet about please dont online abuse, go to HR instead -get and break down the likes by gender for gauging how problematic it is.

Last time I went into a Taco Bell there was an almost hour delay and an UberEats driver kept making comments and eventually got into an argument with the manager and threatened to fight them outside. The manager called 911 but in the middle of the call the girl left.

As someone who worked costumer service (not fast food), the less customer interactions I had in a day, the better chance that I wouldnt have to deal with some bulls*** that left me stressed or angry at the end of the day.
