People always say this and its simply not true. Same thing with chicken nuggets. Sure, *some* people might be put off by it but the vast majority would watch a documentary about pig lips and anuses being blended into mulch and then stuffed in a plastic tube then go get gas station hot dogs later that night.

You can eat cheap and healthy if all you eat is rice, beans, basic produce, and chicken (and even chicken is starting to get expensive). You can eat healthy and tastes good/has good variety if you can afford more expensive cuts of meat, produce, healthy desserts, etc. You can have a varied, flavorful diet that is cheap if you buy trash with lots of preservatives and artificial flavors.

Most Americans *have* to take Cheap as one of their two options. The majority seem to also choose to have meals that taste good and have a variety of options rather than eating some combination of rice, beans, and chicken 3 meals a day.

Short version: Stardew Valley with worse farming and better dungeon crawling. You can tame enemies you fight (including bosses) to either be party members or workers on your farm. Get familiar with gear crafting because you're going to be doing A LOT of it. I suggest looking up guides for it eventually because gear crafting gets really in-depth at high levels, although you won't need maxed out gear for main story content (post game, however, is a different story).

Someone gifted me The Quiet Man as a troll gift this year. I played about 30 minutes, mostly spent just mashing Triangle, before closing the game in the first lengthy cutscene where you meet up with some black dude. I was prepared to deal with the game's gimmick right up until we started having a conversation in sign language but the game did not bother translating it to the player via subtitles or anything. If the point was to try to place the player in the mind space of a deaf person by limiting their sensory information to what a deaf person would have why the *fuck* would you not provide them with all the information a deaf person *would* have?

Aside from that, game was boring as hell anyway. Literally mash Triangle to win

Do they still require a separate launcher for a single player game? If so, fuck'em. Not dealing with that noise

Definitely suggest googling a list of time efficient activities cuz some stuff is not obviously bad (reading/studying at home when you can go to other places to do that and get the same Stat boosts plus bonus stats, for example). Like part time jobs are just *trash* use of a time slot generally unless it's a double pay day (and I personally think they're still bad even then).

I'm just at the end of the 3rd palace tho so take this with a grain of salt. My real point is you can almost always find an activity that will boost 2 or more traits unless you're locked in the house for the night.

Bonus tip: buy every book you can and keep a DVD rented. There will eventually be times that's the only really productive option you have

To be fair, most employers here are paying well above min wage except shit like small mom and pop joints. Bigger employers have started to realize they have to offer more money if they want people to actually show up. This includes traditionally min wage jobs like fast food or grocery bagger etc

Most places are paying around a min of $10/hour here. No idea how that stacks up to other places with our ridiculously low cost of living. I'm renting a 3 bedroom house for $1200/month, for example

There's two ways this play out:

1) Non-Berserk/Unlimited PP: In this scenario Pokemon either do not run out of PP (possibly by disengaging and resting, fighting in waves, or just because that's a gameplay mechanic rather than a real world thing) AND are smart enough to fight using tactics appropriate to their intelligence level (and some Pokemon are beyond genius level intelligent). Pokemon stomp HARD. Some of them are just silly. For instance, not dinosaur can even get close enough to Macargo to attack it. Its body heat is hotter than the surface of the sun. It can literally take a nap and solo anything that comes at it. Anything that can fly and can use an elemental attack becomes a sniper. Moves like Earthquake and Surf can decimate entire groups of dinos. Lots of Water, Ghost, Flying, and Fire types can just go somewhere the dinos can't get to, such as deep in the ocean or literally into lava and chill. It might take a long time but eventually the Pokemon win.

2) Berserk mode/PP limited: Let's do some math, for science. I'm too lazy to figure out how many Legendaries there are so I'm just gonna use the total number of Pokemon. It'll add some extra weight to the Pokemon side but its not gonna matter.

There's 905 Pokemon total. We're gonna round up to 1,000 so the math gets easier. Every Pokemon can learn 4 moves max. We're gonna be *real generous* and give every Pokemon Magnitude in all four move slots. Magnitude is a move similar to Earthquake but its power varies from Base 10 to Base 150. We're using it because Magnitude has very high PP, 48 when maxed out. We'll also assume Magnitude hits an AOE like Earthquake does.

So we have 1,000 Pokemon with 192 uses of Magnitude each. We'll assume every use outright kills 1,000 dinos, so each Pokemon can kill 192,000 for a total of 192,000,000 dead dinosaurs. And then another 8,000 as each Pokemon Struggles to death.That's less than 1/5th the total dinos. Even being extremely generous with the Pokemon side by giving the a hugely powered up attack move in every slot AND considerably more numbers than they would have they don't even come close. If you want to argue that, somehow, a single move use would kill more than 1,000 dinos be my guest but that's really the only factor up for debate here. Every other factor has already been generously weighted to the Pokemon side of the scale and still comes up lacking.

Of the two, I personally think scenario 1 is more likely but its not my topic. TC is obviously trolling at this point but I wanted to do the math regardless

Yeah, straight up. I live not too far from here and this is NOT a haunted house. Nobody has ever made it the full length of time. As time goes one the people doing the torturing crank up the pain to the point that I'm 100% you'd die before you can claim that money. Spoilers because this bit is a little grotesque. The longest lasting person made it 6 hours and then the owner tied a chain around her waist and was dragging her behind his truck on a gravel road until she quit.

The running theory among people I know is that the owner is actually collecting money from rich sadists who want a no-holds-barred chance to torture someone legally and that's how he operates the place.

To re-iterate: This is not "Oh you have to sign a waiver cuz the scares are so real you might poop yourself or have a heart attack". This is LITERALLY "You have to sign a waiver so that you or your estate if you do not survive cannot sue the owner for the actual torture you are committing to"

So obviously the Allies are mostly gonna stay Allies but who do you expect to end up Axis this time? I'm expecting Japan to make the switch to Allies but kinda up in the air about Germany, They've definitely shown tremendous progress since WW2 but feel like a bit of a wild card to me.

I feel pretty certain about Russia, Iran, and Afghanistan going Axis but maybe controversial pick here I think Greece also goes Axis. With their economy in the toilet and no strong ties to other nations I could see where they try to back a dark horse for the long shot

Yakuza 0 is great. Drink it all in and don't dilute it with other games concurrently. Just a heads up at the ending sequence will probably take you 2 hours

I just wrapped up the Real Estate side quest to get Kiryu's final fighting style and grinding out enough Completion Points to Limit Break it so all that's left is chasing story stuff lol

Eh, kinda? It doesn't really work with Assassinate still. As a level 3 Shadow monk you can create Darkness as an action and as a level 6 Shadow Monk you would be able to teleport into that Darkness if you were already standing in dim light or darkness as a bonus action... But that's your entire turn. You could add 2 levels of Fighter for Action Surge which would net you a second action... Letting you make 2 attacks that are auto crits, one of them a Sneak Attack. And even then it would be up to DM discretion if the target is surprised or not (which will always be the case). So you'd need to be at least level 11 before this comes together. Monk 6, Rogue 3, Fighter 2 (and probably should start out as Fighter).

Alternatively you could just take 11 levels of pretty much any subclass of Fighter and meet/exceed that damage output. Extra Attack 2 comes online at level 11 so you could make 3 attacks per round standard or 6 attacks per round with Action Surge. Samurai could get Advantage on all of them to crit fish, Battlemaster could add +1d10 and a bonus effect to every attack, and Rune Knights could do all sorts of funky shit.

I'm not trying to rain on your parade, but you're trying to shoehorn something in where it doesn't quite fit (DPS into a stealth build). You can do it but you end up just kinda good at two things rather than being really good at something. A straight up 11 levels Rogue would be as good at stealth and nearly as fast (Tabaxi +Dash as a bonus action is quite a bit of movement already) while also having 4d6 more Sneak Attack damage and enough Stealth to be better than invisible (because Invisible is kinda janky in 5e unless you also have good Stealth anyway).

EDIT: If you want a better Teleport + Stab combo then Misty Step is your best bet. Second level Wizard spell but any class can get it with Fey Touched feat. As a bonus action you could teleport up to 30 feet behind a target while stealthed and shank them good. Only costs a bonus action as well and doesn't require any odd setup, it just works. You're going into Rogue 3 levels anyway so Expertise in Stealth gets you a lot of free points in it so Assassin 3/Bladesinger 3+ can work. Once you get to Bladesinger 6 then you can make your first attack and if it hits then it is Sneak Attack and swap your second attack for a cantrip (with Firebolt hitting for 2d10 atm and going up to 3d10 in two levels) OR if the first attack misses swing with your Rapier (and you should be using a Rapier) to try and get your Sneak Attack in (and remember, spells can crit so that Firebolt crits if you're getting auto-crits from Sneak Attack). Alternatively you could lean into the Rogue side more for higher Sneak Attack damage

Going hard alternatively, grab that Fey Touched feat and combo Assassin 3 with lots of Fighter levels to teleport in on someone and proceed to wreck face with lots of attacks that get to crit. Or Rogue/Paladin for auto-crit Smites if you want to dump about 80 damage on something with one hit (and can probably do it twice per round).
