Mueller said that Barr's initial letter caused confusion from the media regarding the context of the investigation, not that the released report was misleading. Mueller flat out states that the introduction and executive summary of the report accurately summarize his findings. Those parts of the report are available for the public to see. Mueller never said that Barr's release of the report was "total bullshit," he said that Barr's letter didn't fully characterize the context of the investigation.
