They both have their advantages:

Walmart has more products and the lowest prices you can find, and MUCH better grocery and clothes sections.

Target has a better environment (customer base), slightly better customer service, and prices that are very low (though maybe very slightly higher than Walmart) although both stores price match.

I work at Target, and we have no self checkout at my store (although all others in the area do), so if having a human ring you up is important (like it is for one of my wfh co-workers at another job) then you should definitely go to Target. For absolute rock bottom prices and not caring about anything else, Walmart is the store.

For me personally, and this goes for before I worked at Target, I am closer to Walmart but only go there early in the morning if Im cooking something and see Im missing one item I need. Otherwise, Ill drive the extra half mile to Target, as the environment there is objectively better.

Could be worse, those highs and lows are nearly ten degrees lower than what we have here in Southern Nevada right now.

Wow, this board is even more hateful than I expected. With even a lead moderator coming at me, I will be leaving this thread.

Everyone here are such good people, immediately and aggressively attacking someone you don't know and not providing reasons for your own opinion, simply attacking. Be proud. Lol.

Just have to quote this for the lunacy of it. Yes, I always make it a point before taking a second job to make sure that all 100+ employees who work there agree with me and share my opinions on everything. Oh wait, I'm not like some others on this board and can actually get along very well with people of all beliefs and be respectful of others' opinions. I realize, this is a completely foreign concept here, so I don't expect anyone to understand. Peace out, y'all. Gotta actually do something productive and go to work.

A) Have you ever spoken to a pregnant woman? Do you have any idea how fucking hard pregnancy is on someones body?

B) how do you justify using this belief to support politicians who do not want exceptions for medical reasons?

A. Yes, everyone I have ever known who is pregnant is extremely excited, and to the best of my knowledge, I don't know anyone who has ever had an abortion. I fully realize this doesn't represent everyone who's ever lived on this earth, but it is my personal experience.

B. I don't vote, as I have my own beliefs on things and am not bound to any certain ideology. I use my own common sense.

I know you all are going to think I'm a vile sexist, but quite frankly, I don't care. The people who actually know me and spend time with me irl have a vastly different opinion, and that's what I care about.

Anyway, overall, I don't believe in abortion. I think there are better options in nearly all cases, such as adoption. In general, if you don't want a baby, don't choose to have sex. That still leaves me open to two possibilities, one of which is the topic the op mentions, which is when the mother's health/life is in jeopardy. This is the only exception that I am absolutely in favor of. I do fully believe it should be a woman's right to have an abortion in this case.

As for the case of rape, I still generally believe a woman should give birth and simply give the baby up for adoption if she truly doesn't want it, although I may be open to certain exceptions in these cases as well.

If anyone attacks me, fine, I don't care, but don't expect a response. I have very personal reasons I am not willing to share for some of my beliefs, and I will leave it at that.

I dont understand people saying its wrong to laugh at people getting hurt. I slipped and fell, breaking my arm in front of my mom as a teenager, and she pretty much laughed. Things can be funny even if theyre painful.
