this is awesome, and something i aspire to. massive congrats. do you have any secrets for success? so far, the best thing i've found through experience is it's way better to be open about things that bug or upset you rather than let it stew until tensions are high, it makes life a lot easier when you both are willing to share and listen to each other.

Hey thanks bud You already understand how important it is to be able to have open and honest communication, and that's a biggie. When we were younger we sat down together and made a list, our rules of engagement. Things we cannot do or say when arguing, and at any time someone can call a timeout if it's getting too heated. And I feel like that helped us a lot, even when we're mad we aren't trying to just tear each other down, and there's always a certain level of mutual respect.

I couldn't be happier, were gonna be celebrating 25 years. We are recent empty nesters and we've been like teenagers again. I know that what we have is very special and not typical of every marriage. My Dad for example... yikes has he had some bad luck in love

Back in my younger days I played several magic tournaments, and won a couple. Never for cash though, it was always something like a box of 4th edition for the winner, and booster packs for 2nd and 3rd.
