I don't think they understand what makes peoples thoughts normal or not normal but in my experience they are aware. They're fat because a few bucks can buy them a few burgers from McDonalds which is quicker and far cheaper than eating healthy. Couldn't get into Elder Scrolls, only Bethesda game I've really spent time with was Fallout 3 and I didn't even finish it. I liked Witcher story but the first game has bad gameplay.
