That plan is assuming all of my crypto investments go to zero, I don't factor them in my retirement plans.

I could have ~$800,000 by 39 assuming no promotions/raises, which would allow me to withdraw roughly $30,000 annually.

I could always continue working past 39 if I wanted to increase my passive income. Tax free growth sees 7% after inflation, so doubling from $800K would only take a few additional years.

Saw the first season and liked it. Main criticism was that they did include a literal gay guy as one of the guys they helped out, which seemed to be against the spirit of the original show, although I get the coming out story was important for them. Also I thought it was funny how they seemed to be trying to be fairly family friendly overall...and then casually dropped weed jokes.

The spirit of the original show was "look how BIZARRE these gay guys are isn't this wild" because back then gays were still a "novelty." I like that they're moving away from that.

It's not half bad.

The episode with the CEman (33 year old that lived with his parents) was fucking painful though. Even after he received the gay makeover he still looked like a sweaty neckbeard.

I see people do this all the time and it makes me angry beyond measure. Using excel as a calculator is basic as all hell and people refuse to make their lives easier.

I have fucking macros that do what takes someone half a day to do in like 10 seconds. People need to start learning to use at least some basic excel functions.

The worst part is Excel automatically spits out the sum, average, and count of all highlighted cells in the bottom right corner. All his coworker would need to do is select the damn cells.

I fucking love Excel, I tinker around in it for most of my working day, I like figuring out new ways to organize my budget/investment data.

You just don't understand how hard it is for them, how do you expect them to be able to retire on a combined income of a meager $350,000 when they need to buy inground swimming pools, luxury SUVs, and 80" 4K TVs? Their next door neighbors just redid their kitchen so now they have to keep up, that's another $15,000 expense right there.
