That is good. I started with just a heavy bag, I don't have much now, but I can get full work outs in. I am doing cardio and getting tone. You can do with what you have. Every little step is a going forward.

Sorry I don't do any neck exercises, I besides shrugs and that is really more for your shoulders . There are these things that you can put on your head and it had hooks on it , but I never tried it personally.

The truth is that most countries already already knew that UNRWA was dirty. It didn't matter to them whether Israel was making up this particular complaint or not. It has decades of problematic history. That's why countries normally skeptical of Israel accepted the accusations immediately. They were already looking for any excuse to cut their funding. I've noticed many people going through intense workouts to burn off the calories they consume from a hamburger or something like that on Youtube done by health and workout influencers, and I have seen this in real life as well. But honestly, going about your daily routine naturally burns those calories. Even basic bodily functions, like breathing or digestion, are constantly burning calories. So, there's really no need to push yourself to extremes every time you indulge in a burger.

This is called the basal metabolic rate. For me personally, it is around 1600 calories or thereabouts. This means that I will burn that many calories just living my life. So, if I eat a serving of fries from McDonald's, which is around 400 calories since you know I am going large if I am getting McDonalds , that means I have 1200 calories left in the day to play around with. Ideally, I will incorporate some protein and vegetables into my meals, but still, look at how much room I have to maneuver even after getting a large fry. So you see, these people putting in all this extra hard work just to burn off the calories from a burger is unnecessary. Not that cardio isn't still great for your overall health. But the idea that you should do cardio yourself into a calorie deficit is misleading and potentially harmful.

No, I have never experienced anger due to a movies disappointment, and I say this with all seriousness. If a film genuinely incites anger because it fails to meet expectations, its important to recognize that such a reaction is normally not healthy one. And this is someone who dislikes a movie like the TLJ with passion, but anger that is not good. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering. And you can suffer in your mental well being if you let movies get to you.

African Americans are the most reliable voting block, and the Dems take that demo for granted. They are not fighting to keep those votes. Biden even said .. If you have a problem figuring out whether youre for me or Trump, then you aint black. Being a voting block that always votes Dems get the dem to not go all out for you. Dems will go all out for the people who hate them, and who hate their base. (note this is not an endorsement of Republicans, they are 99x worse in most things , expect when it comes to doing what their base wants. My first in door bike ride. I seem to spend less calories then I do when I box. And today I couldn't go for too long before my butt started to hurt. But I think mixing things up will help. I been getting bored of boxing. So adding this a few days a week could help with that. And I can watch TV. What was this pro gram that goes with in door biking. Like zippy or something with a z.

Which means the abstainers think Trump is an acceptable alternative to Biden and are okay with the horrible things he said he will do to women, minority groups in the US, Palestine, Ukraine and the rest of Europe. The crackdown on protesting will be even worse under a Trump presidency too so good luck with that.

I was going through my people tags, and I've got quite a few of them. They help me keep track of who's who since names don't always stick in my mind. Like, everyone on my weight loss board, I call them Weight Warriors. Anyway, I noticed something interesting. Some folks have just vanished, others got banned, and some straight-up closed their accounts. So, if you were to leave, which would you pick? I'm thinking it's probably between closing the account and just going cold, you know, disappearing without a trace.

I mean, it's got me thinking. I'm not planning on leaving or anything, but it's weird how some people opt to delete their accounts instead of just leaving them. Like, I left Twitter, but I've still got my account. Who knows, I might want to swing by again one day just to see what's happening.

For those of us who don't block ads, we're constantly bombarded with targeted ads, right? Some of them are no biggie, like when I see ads for reptile websites offering deals on lizards or those workout ads for something called Speed Whatever, it is like a cheap Tonal. But then there are those ads that make me feel downright insulted. It's like, come on, do you really think I'm interested in that? And don't even get me started on the creepy factor of these anonymous computer bots trying to predict my interests. It's like they're playing a guessing game with my preferences and sometimes they just miss the mark completely. Makes me wonder, is that really how they see me?
