I always associated 'Karen' with 'bitchy, better-than-you middle class to upper class white woman.' Very likely to call a manager, but not necessarily. I worked in retail for ten years before getting my current job. We've used this term since like '10, and it's always strictly meant a middle-aged white woman who's classist, appeals to authority, and is self important. All four aspects were necessary components. Karens can't be defiant. They follow rules to a fault. They'll see someone talking on the clock or sitting down and report them. They'll see someone not rotating something and report them. They'll find a bad product and they'll point it out. They aren't rebels: they're authoritarian. They're also not into anything even remotely alternative -- so anyone associating Karens with essential oils, naturopathy, homeopathy, organic foods movements, etc. is patently wrong, too. |

Disgaea RPG has only been live in US for like 2-3 days now, and I do like it - but it may drop drastically as time goes since it seems very, very heavily focused on multiples/building teams based off of unique units (the non-S units seem to have little to no utility so far), although it does seem super generous with premium currency and there's a lot I love about it so far. I also ranked Dungeon Link relatively low, because admittedly it was a super simple and poorly designed game -- even if I played like top level on it, and some of my unique team composition made me instantly recognizable on its forums/players knew me. -Puzzle and Dragons -Langrisser Mobile -Hearthstone -Fantasy War Tactics R -Dragon Quest Tact -Valkyrie Connect -Lego Legacy: Heroes Unboxed -Brave Frontier -Disgaea RPG -Gems of War -Crusader's Quest -Terra Battle -Dragon Quest of the Stars -Final Fantasy War of the Visions -Last Cloudia -Alchemist Code -Dungeon Link -Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp -Final Fantasy Record Keeper -Marvel Strike Force -Marvel Puzzle Quest -Fire Emblem Heroes |

"werewolf sickness," and you're exhausted for days. |

They tell patients stuff that's incorrect and should be coming from the mouths of my department. They call about stuff last minute and act like we're the ones inconveniencing them. They oftentimes don't understand the most basic stuff. On average they're ruder than the rudest customers in retail. They follow a healthcare hierarchy where they knowingly treat anyone with a lower income worse than them. They regularly say stuff that's rude or callous around patients. They talk like they're so busy, and a lot of the times (especially in the NICU) they're just doing online shopping on the clock. Also they like to make a culture out of their job and wear it as a badge even outside of work, which I just personally think is obnoxious -- like wearing their scrubs outside of work; I feel the same way about military people. |

I have zero motivation and don't really ever feel truly happy. I also don't know about the immortality, because I don't know about having the financial means to sustain such a long life. Plus would I still age or develop age-related health problems? Would I still need to maintain myself for that long? I kind of want neither. Maybe the former, even if I don't know what it's like. |
