Someone's been in this house for years and they moved out so I come in to do a bunch of small repairs and make sure everything is working properly

It's water proof flooring, yeah

The next is sooner or later letting me make all of the flooring in this house uniform but it's all in semi-decent shape, that's the next thing that really bothers me

The wood looks much better and it is what I would choose in a home but the fact you said "boss" leads me to believe this might be at a business and in that case I would have kept the tiles because they would be much easier to clean if it is a high traffic bathroom.

It's in an old house and we are here doing some repairs.

It's a post and pier house so all the tile pieces had fissures in it due to flexing over the years
