Well, it is set up even as it is.

Both conferences(american and national league) have the same exact structure.

3 divisions with 5 teams each, for 30 total teams.

Adding another team would mess stuff up but if we're talking money, certainly, MLB will make it work. The divisions used to be uneven as of around 10 years ago if i recall correctly. The NL central had 6 teams at one point(dropping Houston and moving them to the AL west to go down to 5 and be even), so it isnt really that big of a deal.

But we have awful franchises with shitty fans as it(Miami for one, TB as mentioned...cant draw crowds because of location and for whatever reason florida fans not showing up, even though they are a good team almost every year lately, Oakland...I forget who else) so it would really make more sense for a team to relocate somewhere else than add a new team

You can buy the previous years version up to a year or so later(so you can buy FM 2019 through the lifcycle of 2020, then when 2021 hits you can only buy fm2020 and not 19), but otherwise, unless somebody has an unused and unexpired key, or a physical version when they made those, but you cant just go on steam and buy them or Sports Interactive website.

This is as far as I am aware. My attempts to find older versions ended in failure though torrents could pave the way(but i'd rather just pay $5 years later on steam for them).

The best way to do it is to find the sale, over a year after release where it is $7, and buy it then. Never pay full price for a sports game. at minimum wait for a sale when its 50% off at least, but really just wait.

However despite this I only have FM 12, 13, and 18 because I forget to do it(plus 2013 is THE game, for me. I've played it thousands of hours and really tried to understand everything about the game it was so good). I bought 2018 for 12.99 but otherwise $5-7 bucks.

I've heard this is because of the licenses in the game don't last forever so they cant sell it after a certain date. Kinda lame, but what are you gonna do? At least this isn't a standalone game franchise like say a zelda with this issue. you cant buy older FMs, but they really aren't super different on a yearly basis most of the time. 2012 is pretty good but 2013 is way better and worth the upgrade, though not because its groundbreaking, its just got more smaller features in the right spots and better layouts and doing stuff is easier.

You would just have the special day be their day off(or one of their days off) that week so their pay wouldn't change.

Working in retail I can say in my experience, well over 75% of employees would love to have major holidays(easter, christmas, 4th of july, thanksgiving) off if they don't already get them. You might not care, and want the businesses open in case you need them. That's okay. Most retail employees would love to have them off, the few employees who would want them open would be just that: a heavy minority.

Under any circumstance I don't consider holidays like halloween, columbus day, and some others to be holidays worth granting this to. Only the biggest ones, celebrated by the majority of people who live in the USA: Christmas, 4th of July, easter, thanksgiving, labor day

Working for wal-mart I never really cared about holidays too much, though personally i refuse to shop places on major holidays myself, because I don't want these companies to get my business and prove to them they should be open.

The only holiday I would have hated to work would have been Christmas. Luckily that was the only day wal-mart closed, so that was cool.

The rays are an interesting franchise.

mid 90s expansion team, in tampa bay. a market that attracts few fans, for a variety of reasons. ntil 2008 they were called the Devil Rays, and were bottom feeder trash finishing in last place or second to last almost every season. They are a small market team without a ton of money so they cant spend a lot. that is true today to a large degree....

Then in 2008 they changed their name to Rays, and made the world series some how and have been above average-great the whole time since just about.

They have been victim to a lot of no hitters and or perfect games lately so that is a highlight reel right there.

Just as one example...167 dollars a month I have anyways in my bank account on purchases I need anyways to get $200 for free? That's extremely easy.

However I feel like opening and closing credit card accounts constantly would do a number on your credit score.

and I am sure there are more restrictions, such as you cant get this bonus if youve accepted an offer like this from chase in the past 24 months. Which, okay...chase is one company. I see these offers all over the place.

I am not likely to try this, though I have done two offers in the past for free stuff.

Okay so on to the Single Barrel.

The term "single barrel" means through the entire process the whiskey from just one barrel is made at a time. This is unlike other whiskies that have tons of barrels mixed together during production when theyre cracked open. One barrel's whiskey traveling through the process.

Or so I think.

Anyways, this stuff comes in a cool looking bottle, and is 47% alcohol.

This appears a more dark amber color, several shades darker than Gentleman J.

At first all I could smell was acetone. But that isn't a bad thing. Some good bourbons lead in with acetone, such as Woodford Reserve Double Oak and Eagle Rare(to a much lesser extent. But after some time it opened up and smells like vanilla and cream. this smells great! Very Pleasant.

It feels like it has a very sweet taste. I don't seem to get much out of it but its a very capable sipper and like it well enough to not be disappointed. In commievania you can spend 48.99 on either this bottle or apparently one signed by Eric Church. I wouldnt pay that much. Smells heavnly but is one id pay 30-35 for maybe.

Okay so first up is Jack Daniel's Gentleman Jack.

40% alcohol tennessee whiskey. I've heard its regular jack daniels filtered through charcoal(lincoln county process) twice as opposed to once. We'll see.

According to the website this is a mash bill of 80% corn, 12% barley and 8% rye. This doesn't call itself a bourbon but it likely is in all but name only. This is the same mash bill used in regular JD and single barrel, so if I don't like it I imagine I wouldn't like those other two.

It looks pale amber in color, and doesn't appear to be aged very long, which doesn't matter too much for American whiskies/bourbons from warmer climates

It doesn't smell too bad, but not amazing. It definitely has that bourbon-y smell which I always say is vanilla but my nose isn't so good. Not too harsh. Sipping is another matter but it smells like it should taste pretty good, and...

It actually is pretty good. Pretty smooth with a bit of harshness on the back end, but it appears easy to drink. I personally don't enjoy this a ton but I can't say I hate it, certainly not a bad choice. Tasting this I would avoid regular Jack, though.

Not being an expert and only getting into whiskey around 1.5 years ago, describing what I am smelling or tasting is a challenge and still not terribly easy to do, though that will come in time.

In Commievania, this bottle(750ml) retails at 33.99. IMO, not worth it. If you can find it cheaper, around 25 bucks, I'd say go for it, but I won't be buying it again. This is why I love shot sized bottles. I paid like 3.50 for this and thats all I need.

Single Barrel coming up next, though not for a while I do not want to drink these back to back.

Tennessee whiskey. A lot of brands have shitty entry level drinks, Jack Daniels is one(as far as I can last recall) but it isn't fair to judge brands based off of that.

These two are a step up so i'm gonna see what they are made of.

I haven't had either. I have a small 50ml shot bottle of each.

I wanted to include regular jack daniel's but I didnt feel like spending $2.50 on something I am almost guaranteed to hate. I recall regular old JD being really harsh and disgusting, but Gentleman Jack should give me some idea if i'd like the same thing charcoal filtered once rather than twice.

On a kickoff when the ball is kicked out of the end zone or the player catches it in the end zone and kneels down, play begins at the 25 yard line rather than if ran back, where the dude is tackled or steps out of bounds.

On a punt it is a little different. If the ball is kicked and touches the end zone it is a touchback(merely touching the end zone. Doesn't have to roll out.) It can roll into the end zone on a punt after falling in bounds. You wouldn't catch it and kneel down for a punt just let it roll out

I use cash a decent amount(I am a currency collector so I always have cash on hand) but otherwise it is my credit card I pay off every month.

I am willing to take a bit of a loss in credit card cash back to use cash, though the odd rarity I find makes up for it, and I also do have a bit of savings as a result of my currency collecting(870 bills saved in my collection. some worth more than face value, a lot of fluff, zero I have paid over face value for) I wouldn't have had strictly using credit. Though I could not use cash at all, but still get cash from the bank to hunt through, and then turn it in later but on my end its just easier to use some of it for smaller purchases so I have less to turn in to the bank when i go.

also I like cash for smaller, local businesses and tipping at restaurants and other places.

I got busted for stealing at my first job, a stocker at a grocery store, when i was 19.

I stole a lot of shit there because the job sucked and i felt like being an ass. obviously nothing would justify my stealing but thats why I did it.

I stole a candy bar, went into the bathroom to eat it, undercover customer guy called me out on it and I admitted to it, and got fired. I was supposed to pay a $170 fine to some sort of PI company or whatever, which I never did because at first I didnt care. They sent a follow up letter 6+ months later, when I didnt have any money and I still ignored it and never got brought up again.

So yeah, in short, undercover customer guy, the candy bar WAS delicious. And I hated my job so I didnt care.

However the upside of it all is I have not stolen(outside of digital stuff) anything since and I never will again.
