Ive been diagnosed, used to take pills. Exercise and eating right, sleeping right, really helps. Staying away from negative websites and tv helps. I dont take my pills anymore. I still have bad moments, but i feel like i have more control over it.

A lot of people have it, but dont have it to the same degree as others so it comes off as bragging, or insincere at time.

Then you just have people who say stuff like "oh i have insomnia oh i have adhd oh my ocd is kicking in im so odd!" And ruins it for people who actually do suffer

I had something similar happen to me. I got accused of something really dumb that I would never have done.

In my case, it was someone who wanted my position, he went and lied about something, started an investigation. I screwed up by defending myself and getting mad about it.

Just stay calm, ask for proof, and do NOT get emotional. It may be a case where they wanted to lay people off, but don't have the balls to do it, so they act like it is your fault.
