| _Keeby 03/02/22 12:54:58 AM #86 | Sorry for the late results. I accidentally fell asleep. I checked all posts, and it is correct that Helirin is eliminated. Now, for most assist trophies there wont be a description of them when theyre eliminated because theres a lot of characters I dont know and Im not as knowledgeable on Smash as I am with Kirby. But there are a select few characters Im passionate about and will make a description for. Helirin just so happened to be one of them. Eliminated: 75th: Helirin Appearances: Brawl Helirin isnt a character so much as the signature helicopter-like vehicle of Kururin, the blue-feathered (presumably flightless) bird protagonist of the Kururin series. The first game in the series, for GBA was released everywhere except North America. The other two games, for GBA and GameCube respectively, were Japan-exclusives. The series of games revolves around Kururin exploring the world in his aircraft to find and rescue his missing siblings. The Helirin made an appearance as an assist trophy in Brawl after previously being a (incorrectly named) trophy in Melee. It did not attack. Rather, it was simply a barrier or platform that flew across the stage. Perhaps this is the reason why it didnt return for future titles. (I knew the Helirin would be one of the first assist trophies to go, but I was hoping it at least wouldnt be dead-last! Oh well. Ive taken a liking to Kururin as of late and am hoping to play the games someday! Round 2 will once again begin at about 6AM EST.) |

Back when Save my Kirby Copy Ability ended, there was a vote for the next Save my competition. After a tiebreaker poll, the winner ended up being Save my Smash Assist Trophy. There was also a poll for when it should start, and March 1st received the most votes, so thats when itll begin. This thread was made to make preparations for Round 1. First off, our contestants. All assist trophies should be here, including trophies that were in Brawl, Smash 4, or both but not Ultimate.
I typed out this list by hand, so if you see ANY mistakes in this list at all, including typos, a missing character, etc., please inform me and Ill fix it. Also, unfortunately I lost the copy of the rules I used for the previous Save my and was going to use here. I have a bad memory and cant remember exactly how the rules went, so if anyone remembers or has a copy, please tell me. One last thing. Ill try my best to take in the suggestions people had last time. So Ill only do one round per day, and Ill try to set up a time ahead of the round as well. Thats all. Save my Smash Assist Trophy starts March 1st. Have fun! |
