Pretty fun game, neat idea, cute, starts wearing down after a bit but luckily its maybe 10 hours at best and easy to do everything. The story is a little more devious than it seems but only a little. It does kind of go off the rails but in a way that is logical for the story to go by the end

James has so much passion for everything he does. You can see that in all his projects, not just AVGN. That makes his stuff always enjoyable. I think of the AVGN he did recently where he did the whole episode in one 12 minute uncut shot. And he released later a behind the scenes for it, and he had no reason for doing it other than its something he wanted to try. You gotta respect that.

Hm, no wonder I don't see Jackbox advertisements when I lurk here anymore, they're all on the Discord now?

I'll usually make a topic here when I host and bump on occasion but it's been a tiny lull recently. Once 7 comes out we'll def be playing more.

For 7 btw, I am most looking forward to Talking Points, even though it's only 6, it looks neat. Like Taboo sort of. Then Talking Points, though that might be even more difficult than Patently Stupid because it's going to be much more ad-lib. Champ'd Up should be good just because it's a drawing game. Looks a little directionless but so is Tee KO. Devils in the Details looks like one of those overly complicated games that doesn't wind up being that fun but we'll see. Quiplash is Quiplash and will be great. But please for once have a good final round.

Rankings a little different from mine in discord last night

Classic Tier:
1. Fibbage - A perfect game. Fantastic aesthetic in 3.
1a. Fibbage Enough About You - Also perfect, a great game with new people or old friends. Except the final round needs work.
2. Drawful - if you were in discord with me last night I had this a good bit lower and I dunno why, it's the same great format that works as Fibbage. This game might be a little crowd specific also.
3. You Don't Know Jack - Sadly, not streamable but I adore this game's sense of humor and style. The Streamable version doesn't quite capture the same magic.
4. Quiplash - Another Jackbox classic and rightly so. The only thing keeping it from being higher is you pretty much need 7 or more for it to be at its best. At 6,its fine but then you have 4 people voting and 4-0, 3-1, and 2-2 being the only possible outcomes isn't as fun.

Great Tier:
5. Patently Stupid - like others have said this game is great fun but requires so much creative energy, you can really only do it once per session.
6. Push the Button - also requires a lot of mental energy but winds up actually being a really fun mafia game. I wish it were a little more balanced with the hacks. It bothers me when you restart this game, it gives the aliens the hacks right away, as opposed to at the start of Round 3.
7. Tee KO - Hit or miss, but the hits always hit really well and the misses still tend to get some laughs. A pure fun game, where no one should care about winning really. Though sometimes it's not as fun for the player when you just don't get any good combos. I suck at drawing so sorry whoever gets mine.
8. Trivia Murder Party - But especially TMP2. A solid trivia game, with fantastic mini games in between, where then penalty of "dying" is merely a small inconvenience. My fav minigame is where you have to name something in a topic and not repeat anyone else.
9. Joke Boat - I find usually my sense of humor doesn't jive with everyone else's on here so I usually don't do well, but luckily for me I like all your guys' sense of humor for the most part, and even bad jokes have their charm. I also like the idea of re-writing jokes for the final round. A lot more free reign here than in Mad Verse City.
10. Bomb Corp - We don't really play this because I guess we don't want to play Co-op games (or cuz its only 4 people), but I like teamwork games like this, and also like Keep Talking And Nobody Explodes, so this is just a mini version of that. The office style "story" campaign is pretty ok itself.

Good Tier:
11. Role Models - Only 6 people hurts this here, don't see why this can't be more. This isn't as good as Enough About You for a group of people (cuz you need to know them more), but still is fun. The scoring makes no sense but I guess it doesn't really need to? The mid-rounds aren't that good though.
12. Earwax - A supremely underrated game, but perhaps you need the right crowd. I think the "comedic timing" of putting some sounds together works wonders, especially if you start with a nice long drawn out sound followed by a quick/shrill one. Obviously prompt dependent. Apples to Apples has had a big influence on games.
13. Guesspionage - An enjoyable game, if not a funny one. It's Card Sharks! It's a very good length also. I would love to get like 30 people playing this so we can have a true audience.
14. Bidiots - I like the simple auction aesthetic on this game and the Predatory Loans jingles naturally. This game is pretty imbalanced, in what price paintings you are given, I don't believe its always equally distributed among players, so it becomes a lot of guesswork, but I like the idea of interpreting the differences between a lot of very similar things to draw (Push The Button does this too on a smaller scale).
15. Mad Verse City - Less good version of Joke Boat, partly because it feels a bit more stifling in what you can do. Sometimes your single word sometimes just doesn't work and that's fun, but I think this game gets played a little too straight sometimes. I find myself usually voting for things that are fun over actual diss-style raps. If you rhymed yourself into a corner, you have only yourself to blame though! Love the old devices.
16. Fakin' It - A fun little Never Have I ever sort of game but with lying. I find it hard to keep track though of who said what on any round other than the "Raise Your Hands" round, when theres enough people playing.
17. Monster Seeking Monster - Fake flirting as monsters is neat but not exactly my wheelhouse, but the hidden role style aspect to it always adds some fun. Definitely not a balanced game but that's ok. Great aesthetic.

Ok Tier:
18. Bracketeering - First round is dollar store Quiplash. Second round is maybe funny random quiplash? Third round is hilarious random quiplash, like 75% of the time. But it has 16 players support so thats cool I guess. If all rounds were the 3rd round, I'd have this around #10 or so.
19. Civic Doodle - this game goes too long, but still a decent drawing game. However, it can get bad quickly if someone doesn't leave you space to add your drawing.
20. Survive The Internet - Eh. It's ok. A little ambiguous if you want to vote for the funniest one, the one you like the most, or the best one.
21. Dictionarium - This is a game where I feel like I always do a really good job and then don't get any votes so maybe I'm a little vindictive. I like that it's really short but maybe that's not a great sign. I like the words more than the phrases. I'm also mad my dictionary glitched and didn't save our words.
22. YDKJ Full Stream - Watered down version of YDKJ. I don't know but it just isn't anywhere near as fun as YDKJ. It's still ok with the neat question style.

Bad Tier:
23. Split the Room- The idea could be ok but the prompts are usually pretty bad in this game. Many of them are set up in such a way I know which way I would vote without it even mattering what the other person writes in.
24. Lie Swatter - It's a True/False fact game. ok.
25. Word Spud - I don't get the point of this game. You write words down. People vote on them? You connect to the next half. ok.
