It's funny I was rewatching it and I remembered Sokka as always being portrayed as an oaf in ways while Katara and Aang are the level headed ones, but when he makes a call it's the right one 99% of the time. Hes often the butt of the joke since hes not as talented as the others, but hes also a lot more of a realist, often being pessimistic or suspicious more than the others. This bit really sells the Sokka world view to me (and is hilarious): Katara: Are you saying I'm a liar? Sokka: I'm saying you're an optimist. Same thing, basically. --- Log on to the Webbernet! |

But for the subscription stuff like Playstation Now, Games with Gold, the NES/SNES games on Switch you have to be online (though there is some download and play offline option like Netflix has for Playstation Now anyway). Though I learned my lesson after Nintendo shutdown the Virtual Console and only own physical copies of old games now. I can always resell them for as much or more than I paid and I never knew how long or if digital copies will become available again (though I am always scared about my PS1 CDs being rendered unplayable by the most minor damage). I also enjoy the cases/manuals/inserts most older games have. Are you unable to play virtual console titles after the shop goes down? --- Log on to the Webbernet! |
