A man has been arrested on a warrant for 10 counts of indecent or lewd acts with a child under the age of 16.

The Oklahoma City Police Department confirms that Tyrone Wesley Jarmon, 23, has been arrested on a warrant for the lewd acts complaints and two counts of forcible oral sodomy.

In April, several underage girls told their family that they had been receiving text messages from Jarmon that were reportedly lewd and sexual in nature.

Several of the girls then stated that Jarmon had sexually assaulted them in the past. A warrant was then filed for the man's arrest.

Jarmon was taken into custody by Oklahoma City police

Topic44 year old man arrested for shopping and going to a resturant naked.
UnfairRepresent
07/23/18 2:48:26 PM
#1
On Thursday, July 12, at roughly 10:30 in the morning, Yu Murakami, a 44-year-old resident of the town of Kesennuma, in Miyagi Prefecture, left his house to do some shopping and get a bite to eat. Since Japanese people dont wear shoes in the house, he stopped in his entryway to put on a pair. However, what he didnt put on was any other sort of clothing.

After stepping out the door, Murakami hopped on his bicycle and rode to a nearby convenience store. However, he failed to complete any sort of transaction, and soon left the shop to walk across the parking lot to a pharmacy, where, once again, he left without buying anything.

All of this must have made Murakami hungry, so next he moseyed on over to an inexpensive eatery of the class that Japan calls family restaurants (which includes chains such as Dennys or Cocos). However, as he stepped into the restaurant, his non-attire caught the attention of a 50-something female employee, who screamed in shock at the unexpected sight of Murakamis birthday suit which hed received roughly four and a half decades ago. Suddenly, every eye in the restaurant was on Murakami, and a courageous man whod seen Murakami enter the restaurant rushed in and subdued him, ending his naked day out roughly 15 minutes after it had started.

The police arrived shortly (having already received other calls about Murakami that day) and arrested Murakami. Some reports claim he exposed his genitals to the female restaurant worker, but given his state of undress, he might not have been trying to show his man bits to her specifically. If nothing else, though, he now faces public indecency charges, since while Japan is fine with nakedness in its hot spring baths and cartoons, its less welcoming of it in its restaurants.

However, its not entirely certain that Murakami (who was described as slightly drunk at the time) made his decision to go without clothes for exhibitionist purposes. When police asked him for his motive, he replied, in a quiet voice:

Its really hot today

Yes, it is true that Japan is in the middle of a fierce heat wave. Nevertheless, going out without clothing on is just asking for trouble.

Two people, including a 10-year-old girl, have died after a gunman opened fire outside a restaurant in Toronto. The other victim was an 18-year-old woman.

Police chief Mark Saunders said 13 people had been injured, some of them seriously. Their ages range from 10 to 59.

Three people underwent immediate operations to save their lives at St Michael's Hospital, trauma surgeon Dr Najma Ahmed said.

The shooting happened just after 10pm on Sunday in the Greektown area in Toronto's east end - a popular area with restaurants, cafes and shops. Video appeared to show the gunman, dressed in black, walking along the street before stopping and aiming his weapon directly into a shop or restaurant.

Witnesses told the Toronto Star a gun had been fired multiple times, some of them estimating he fired up to 20 shots. The gunman died after an exchange of fire with officers, police said.

Officers from the city's special investigations unit believe he was 29 years old. Mr Saunders declined to release the gunman's name, and said the authorities "do not know why this has happened yet".

He said the investigation was "very fluid" and "very new" and would take "some time". Terrorism has not been ruled out as a motive. "We are looking at all possible motives... and not closing any doors," he said.

The injured were taken to various hospitals while others were treated at the scene.

Several blocks were cordoned off. Toronto councillor Paula Fletcher said the gunman was "disturbed" and the shooting was not gang related.

Jody Steinhauer told CBC News she was at a restaurant with her family when she heard what sounded like 10 to 15 blasts of firecrackers.

She said she was told to run to the back of the restaurant, adding: "We started to hear people scream out front."

Another witness, identified as Katie, was returning from dinner with friends and driving when she saw the shooter firing what appeared to be a handgun.

"We heard a loud bang and I just looked to my left and I saw a guy in a black hoodie, just standing there, pointing at one of the storefront windows and the glass was just shattered, He was firing multiple shots - we heard eight, if not more."The 19-year-old said the shooter stood outside on the pavement, but did not appear to be using a rifle.

She said he appeared to be aiming directly into the restaurant.

"It was like he was in a stance - his arms were straight out," she said It looked like he was firing straight in front of him. It looked very aimed."

The shooting comes as Toronto police increase their numbers in the city to tackle a recent increase in gun violence.

Toronto Mayor John Tory said: "We were so used to living in a city where these things didn't happen.

"But there are things that happen nowadays and they are just unspeakable.

"Guns are too readily available to too many people."

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said: "The people of Toronto are strong, resilient and brave - and we'll be there to support you through this difficult time."

Police are seeking information including videos and pictures from people who live and work in the area.

A McDonalds branch in Glastonbury, Connecticut, has changed the message on its entrance sign to we welcome everyone, in a pointed jibe at a Chick-fil-A joint, which is soon set to open next door.

Speaking to LGBTQ Nation, the manager of the McDonalds joint told LGBTQ Nation that the new message on the sign just means that everyone is welcome, young old, everyone.

Owner of the Chick-fil-A Glastonbury branch Jordan Snook told LGBTQ nation that he is not sure what the McDonalds sign refers to, but added that he wanted to oversee an environment of hospitality.

He added:We are excited to open in Glastonbury next week, and look forward to being great neighbours who welcome everyone.

Tina Manus, a customer at the Glastonbury McDonalds told NBCs local affiliate: For McDonalds to step up and say we welcome everyone. I feel that is a huge step for them. Then in the background you have Chick-fil-A who has historically not welcomed everyone.

In 2012, it emerged that Chick-fil-A had donated millions of dollars to anti-gay groups, including the Family Research Council, gay cure group Exodus International and Focus on the Family. CEO Dan Cathy later confirmed the company was opposed to marriage equality and guilty as charged for backing the biblical definition of a family.

Cathy told Baptist Press at the time: We are very much supportive of the family the biblical definition of the family unit. We are a family-owned business, a family-led business, and we are married to our first wives. We give God thanks for that.

In June, Jack Dorsey, CEO of Twitter, came under fire for supporting fast food chain Chick-fil-A. Dorsey had tweeted a payment that hemade to the restaurant using Square, a mobile payment service he owns.

In April last year, students at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh protested the arrival of a Chick-fil-A branch on campus. Student senator Niko Martini told The Duquesne Duke: Chick-fil-A has a questionable history on civil rights and human rights.

I think its imperative [that] the university chooses to do business with organisations that coincide with the [universitys] mission and expectations they give students regarding diversity and inclusion.

A young mans perseverance and spirit has earned him praise from around the world and a big reward he didnt see coming.

The night before his first day of work with a moving company, Walter Carrs vehicle broke down, and though he frantically tried to find someone to drive him the 20 miles everything fell through.

The 20 year-old was broke and he didnt want to miss the first day of his job, so he decided to walk the 20 miles from his apartment in Birmingham, Alabama to the job site, which he calculated would take him seven hours.

He took a long nap, got up at midnight, and started walking. Half way there, he decided to take a break in a parking lot, when a police car pulled up. Officer Mark Knighten listened as the young man explained his determination to get to his first day of work. He offered to buy him a hot breakfast and drove him the last ten miles.

They arrived, 30 minutes before any of the other laborers, at the home of Jenny Lamey, who listened as the officer told her about Carrs dedication.

He said, Ive got this nice kid in my car. Hes a great kid, hes been walking all night to get to your house, Lamey told The Washington Post. Thats when the tears started coming. I just started crying.

Carr zealously got to work on the move, and as they chatted, Lamey felt like shed known him for years. Remaining cheerful the whole time, Carr even played ball with Lameys sons, after he worked hard loading the truck.

I just cant tell you how touched I was by Walter and his journey. He is humble and kind and cheerful and he had big dreams! Lamey wrote in a lengthy, appreciative Facebook post. I am in total awe of this young man!

Lamey was so touched, she set up a GoFundMe campaign to raise $2,000 for Carrs automotive repairs. She then called his boss and retold her incredible experience with her new friend, leaving them both in tears.

The next day, Luke Marklin, who is the chief executive of Bellhops moving company, validated Carr for his work ethic by handing over the keys to his own 2014 Ford Escape, saying that it would be put to better use in Carrs possession.

The video of the surprise gift has been shared thousands of times and people around the world are praising Carr for his inspiring personality. Lameys GoFundMe page has now raised over $60,000 and counting, and she hopes to maintain a friendship with the young man for the years to come.

Carr says that hes simply happy because hes always wanted to inspire people.
