I've seen a few new ones around but online I also see a lot of used ones for sale so that means people are buying them and trading them in quick. tbh if I was going to spend that much on a Toyota I'd just buy a 80-100k Lexus instead. Having said that, they lost 5 other people within the month....right before Track Season, and I was at a Wine Spirits store. So I signed it, crossed out the section that said reason: insubordination and wrote "missed meeting because you never told me it was happening." Lady was a real dbag manager. The director ends up finding out and I get called to hr thinking I made it worse. But hr was like "this is to notify you that the write up was thrown away." About a year later thr manager was demoted and ended up quitting. oh they found out you wrote that? good for you. Also public transportation here is terrible so a car is necessary to get around. My employees prefer the boroughs because public transportation is much more reliable and everything is closer together, also some don't like areas that are too quiet. All the boroughs have their good and bad areas but lately it seems like Bronx is the most likely to be in the news for one reason or another have heard many say that nyc is great if you have money , not so if you don't --- "Sometimes they even attack wounded foxes"

I'd say NY is still relatively safe although some areas are worse than others, like there were 3 shootings in the Bronx recently. I'm a train conductor in NY, some people are rude and impatient but honestly the vast majority of people just want to get to their destination without any problems. Unfortunately the truly terrible people can have such a major influence on the entire subway system with their nonsense so they definitely stick out more. But at the end of the day they are still outnumbered by the millions of daily riders that commute peacefully you're a conductor on some of the trains in the nyc subway system? it's pretty cool, you like your job? tourist, but have ridden nyc subway many times. --- "Sometimes they even attack wounded foxes"

No, they were so heavy-handed and obvious about it that I imagined the store must've just grilled them about not being effective enough or something. Or it was some ridiculous training thing. One man was very young. Couldn't have been older than 22. ooohhh AND he was also pretending to be on his phone. THAT was the first red flag. He circled me for the 2nd time and I heard him say something and im like...this mfer is actually watching me look at these TVs...Then he left the entire area and came BACK. So really he came around more than twice. The other guy was much older than he was. 45-50. Had he been training him that would be hilarious because he was awful at his job too. Just come stand on top of someone in a place where they can't steal anything and pick up objects and set them down like you're roleplaying walking around in a Telltalle game or something. Then he starts looking at NOTHING after asking "excuse me". Shit I wish I could remembr what the very first thing that tipped me off was. One of them did something so silly that I was like OHHHH, but funny enough I can't remember what it is. I think it was the way he was picking items up. Acting like he was a spy in a bad comedy or something.... I somewhat was giving them a pass because it felt like some weird training thing or like I said they had just been cussed out about it. It was just so bizarre. I gave the one guy a "dude.....you serious? You're really bad at this" type look. Then when the person I was with met back up with me I started complaining about the "CRINGE LOSS PREVENTION GUYS" swarming me around a bunch of giant TVs very loud. A uniformed employee heard 100% of it. cussed out by someone? you mean another shopper berated them for profiling? --- "Sometimes they even attack wounded foxes"
