They asked Nolan and he declined because he wanted to go work on Interstellar so they asked him for a recommendation and he recommended Snyder based on his opinion of Watchmen.

Yes you can make ice cream in a plastic bag and a pot full of ice. I don't recommend it though unless churning butter by hand for a hour is your idea of a good time.

You go in and tell them how much you want to spend. Then the pump will automatically stop once it hits that amount. If you pump less than what you asked for you only get charged for what you pump. You don't have to "keep going back in"
