Admin intervention is needed to remove the offending content hence the suspension, but it'll often then be downgraded to just a warning.

Fallout 76 I've still not heard much praise for. Just less criticism. The other two I've heard improved a lot. However, a big difference, NMS seemed to get praise for improving but then kinda just died out and I don't hear much about it either way anymore. I still hear about Cyberpunk regularly, generally positive at this point. So, I'd guess Cyberpunk. If the vet thinks it's necessary, it doesn't hurt to get a second expert opinion especially if you can do so without causing significant delays, but beyond that it's very different and you should not feel bad about it.
