Bethesda's been going around wrongfully banning people, in one of his images he shows a person had a cheat engine that's used for other games instead of F76. From there it got him banned.

From a personal experience, I've come across games(though very very few and was mostly RPG maker and BYOND games) that would instantly close or even ban you just for running cheat engine. Regardless of rather you're using it or not.
