You dont even have to exercise. Exercise just speeds up the process for many people although you should regularly exercise because its good for many other things. It doesnt really matter how much you exercise or diet strictly anyways. If you do not permanently change how you consume food and what you consume then youll never make it. Yeah, youll lose weight from going on that diet or exercising but once youre satisfied, its extremely easy to revert back and gain that weight again. It begins and ends with eating healthier for the rest of your life. A person has to be willing to make a permanent change to their lifestyle. Thats the most important part. Everything else will fall into place. Nothing worse than watching someone diet hard and exercise then once they shed the weight, they go back to their old ways. Its disappointing. --- |

Thought nothing of it. I come back after exercising only to find out from my neighbor that she said a lot of racist things about myself. The leaves in my yard have finally started to fall yesterday but I havent raked them yet. She used that to say that I was just another filthy black guy who doesnt respect himself like the rest of my kind. She also called me several racial slurs. Its not only that. There are plenty of young people Ive met who love saying the most popular derogatory term for black people, the version with the -er, casually around here like its nothing. Its baffling. Then, you have the constant barrage of jokes. Some of the most common one being Youre black. You dont even have a father or because of your dark skin, youre automatically inferior to me or the many variations of how were all either poor or stupid and we only eat fried chicken or watermelon. Then, you have the people who come from small towns where the majority of the population is white who think of blacks as some sort of exotic species. I cannot tell you how many times Ive been asked idiotic questions about my race from these kind of people. Its as if they think were not human. Its not even limited to young or uneducated people. I took a disease class at my university and my professor was this older woman in her 50s or 60s probably. She made a comment on how she spent her entire life thinking all black men had incredibly deep voices. A few years ago, she met a black guy who didnt have a deep voice and it turned her world upside down. How the fuck is that even possible? In all the places I have lived, the racism is easily the worst here by a mile. It shouldnt bother me but it definitely does on some days. --- |

If a kicker messes up, he let his team, millions of fans watching, all the coaching staff, the owner of the team, and whomever else Im not mentioning down. People pay money and travel to these football games. People place bets and do all the crazy stuff football fans do to support their teams. Of course the pressure is different. --- |

Kicking a ball at an angle where it wont hit the defensive line is also more difficult than it looks. Anyone can go to a park and kick a ball as far as they can but not everyone can kick it at a certain angle under immense pressure. Ninja probably has never played a sport that required athletic ability in his entire life. This man couldnt even qualify in the game hes known for. Fraud. --- |

Square Enixs reasoning for charging so early is to prevent preorders from being cancelled due to payment rejections in the past. The email was just sent out this morning. I just got it myself. Its Black Friday and Christmas is coming up soon. Perfect timing to be charging $330 for a collectors edition thats still 4 months away. They couldnt even bother to notify people a few weeks in advance at least. Why charge people at this time of the year? Myself, and many other people from what Ive been reading so far, are going to cancel because its the holiday season and were already buying lots of gifts and shit. Nobody wants to be charged right now for this. I would have been fine paying in late January or February but next week? The fuck? --- |
