I heard you couldn't direct control the other party members. That would kind of drive me crazy Its been exaggerated over time but it really was a pain in the ass with the healers specifically, whether to heal one person, or the whole team and a little or a lotta should really not be up to the whims of fate also marin karin is useless please stop --- |

TheSlinja posted...Personally its medabots RPG for GBA, so many problems with that game and not like "i just dont like this but I can see why someone else might like this" but actually terrible problems like: absolutely, its got oodles of charm and gameplay is really good once it gets going, the start is very slow admittedly. but I'm a sucker for customizable robots I'd recommend metabee version since its the easier start I feel. --- |

| TheSlinja 09/18/17 11:47:59 PM #10 | Personally its medabots RPG for GBA, so many problems with that game and not like "i just dont like this but I can see why someone else might like this" but actually terrible problems like: >the first fights seemingly RNG on rokusho since they dont actually tell you anything about the combat system and you cant customize at that point and the first opponent will 1 shot 1 of your 4 parts randomly unless you play around it which you wouldnt know you could even do >whenever people leave a scene they all leave very slowly 1 at a time which you wouldnt think would be a big deal but holy hell do this happen a lot >many bots that you only will be able to get 1 or 2 parts of per file which is a real pain considering drops are random, and boss fights can be hella difficult and cutscenes hella long and the game wasnt exactly popular enough even at launch to pull a pokemon version thing off well, much less playing it now obviously, the game just feels like you cant have most of the cool stuff. and so much more but what it does right hits such crucial notes for me its easily one of my favorite games of all time --- |
