Generally the best games are also the ones with the best stories as well. I do think a game can have a terrible story and still be good(not great), but a game with a great story and average or bad gameplay... well I'm actually not sure anymore. For the properties as a consumer, I guess a lot of my feeling is based on the fact that Steve Wynn built the Bellagio and the Mirage. He sold them to MGM 20 years ago, but the fact that Bellagio is still MGM's flagship property shows that they haven't had the vision to build something revolutionary like that. The Bellagio is awesome, I play poker, craps there from time to time. It's epic with the fountains.... Vegas in general is just a fun time.
