They started data caps in October even though they throttle speeds when they say they don't, they almost always blame your area for your connection when my neighbor gets better speeds when I pay more, my friend across town pays less than I do without a promotion for the same speeds. It's one of those things that can pretty easily be fixed at a new job, but also isn't such a big deal that they wouldn't want you. It's also honest. As a manager I don't like this answer tbh. Not saying it won't get you into whatever job you're looking for but as someone who runs a team that's heavily reliant on other's being organized, that answer just means your not organized. Other bad answers I've come across and learned to avoid hiring: I talk too much, anything related to attendance, anything money related. A good answer is "sometimes I take too much work head on and don't realize when I need help completing tasks. But after I've communicated with my prior teams the issue I've realized that it's not an inconvenience to ask other for help." Or something of that nature. --- Clean Butt Crew |
