So 8 teeth gone before the age of 30. 4 if not counting wisdom which are common to lose. Don't have a diet composted of mainly sugar and don't neglect your teeth. I'd like to blame genetics but honestly my teeth rotted from years of too much sugar and neglect |

Everyone has a different metabolism, body structure, and genes. 1500 calories of pizza and McDonalds, versus 1500 calories of lean meats, fruits and vegetables are two entirely different things also. It's isn't simply calorie count, you need to factor in trans fats, sugars, and carbs, and it matters significantly on how your body processes the foods you eat. Ur not getting obese from only 1500 calories of worth Mcdonalds though. |

It actually might even be more difficult to gain weight, because even if you boost appetite through exercising, you're still going to burn the calories you ate You need an extreme amount of exercise to burn calories. It takes miles of jogging to burn like 300 calories which is like a glass and a half of milk. Gaining weigh for skinny people is hard cuz they either have a small a apetite or don't have access to a lot of high calorie food. |
