In fact, I think it's the second worst after Dance with Dragons. I don't really get the dislike for Feast, I guess. I found the new perspectives engaging.

Nothing really happens in Feast. It doesn't continue off the momentum of Storm of Swords very well. Plus it was a shock to have so many major POVs like Jon,Tyrion, Daenarys..etc cut out to focus on the secondary ones.

Thing with Martin and ASOIAF is that he wrote the first 3 books stupid quickly. He wrote and published three books in the span of four years. His fourth took longer to write than the previous three combined. (5 years). His fifth took even longer than that (6 years!) Now it's been about a decade and there is no sixth book even close to coming out yet. People would bitch a lot less if he was a more consistent writer.

Being Normal/Flying was more of a curse than anything in Gen 1, seeing as how practically every Gen 1 competitive team has Golem or Rhydon on it. And probably Zapdos too.

The only curse it had was a bad movepool. It woulda been good if it got EQ. Normal was easily the most broken type in Gen 1 (yeah even better than Psychic).

Book Daenarys is like 15 lol. A 15 year old thrust into the leadership role and given the most popwerful tool in the world (dragons) is gonna be a little arrogant. You could even argue she's not arrogant enough with all the cards she holds.

Cercii did more random acts of petty cruelty and ruined the lives of many more innocent people than Daenarys, but she got whitewashed hard on the show.

A Drunk man who stole a cops weapon and fired at them. What if that drunk man stole one of the cops gun and tried to kill someone else.

Nobody else really makes open world games like them. Most open world games that try to copy them feel like cheap knock offs.

I think the crux of the issue with taking E-girl depression seriously is that most peoples biggest problems boil down to not having enough money or not being attractive enough (physically or personality wise).

So when they see a person who has a lot of money and is attractive they assume they have no issues and it's hard to empathize with them. It's actually fairly common for a lot of people who do internet stuff for a living to be depressed. Afterall, they often spend long hours without any physical contact with other human beings, are often pressured to put videos out on a schedule and have awful diets so it's actually not that uncommon. It's not as glamorous a job or easy money as people think it is.
