Every year I try to gain weight, I eat a 3000 calorie diet work out, etc. I make good progress and then I get busy with school or work and in a month all my progress is gone. How the fuck do people get to be 300+ pounds? It seems impossible to me, I cant even put on 30 pounds. Maybe I should just stop being a pussy and start skipping class or work to eat more. |
