Belly fat can go down at the same weight as your body composition improves and you develop more muscle mass in the abdominal area. But anyway yeah it's pretty normal for men to carry a decent amount of fat there specially after eating a big meal. 180 at 6'2 is fairly light though.

Time is money is better. It's definity worth it to spend a lot of money on something in the short term that will save you time and energy in the long term, that you can then reinvest into other things and improve your quality of life in general. Short term pain for long term gain.

I think anything can be addictive on a mental level but I don't think your body can become physically addicted in the same way stuff like alcohol or heroin can straight up kill you on the detox without proper care.

Truth is you can't hit legs hard with just bodyweight. Guys who only do bodyweight exercises always have underdeveloped legs for a reason. Legs are much stronger than upper body from simply being bigger naturally from carrying all your weight around that you need much stronger resistance to develope them.

Along with all modern weaponry. We should go back to medevil level weapons like swords, spears, bows...etc. Fights would be more interesting.
