Oh, I got another fun stealth game: Republique. You play as a girl escaping some type of communist Big Brother-esque compound and you're only armed with hiding, fleeing and the occasional mace/taser pickup. It was a surprisingly enjoyable game when I tried it a few years ago, and it wasn't until the end I found out it was a mobile game remaster.

MGSV's gameplay kicks ass -- it's mostly the other stuff people harp on. Dishonored 2 and Death to the Outsider were great, too.

I'm sure I could've soldiered through if I wanted, but my attention got split and I just never went back. Good tips, though. I don't recall going after a ton of airdrops, especially since most were landing far away and I'd be fighting gunmen (probably).

Just looked up that game, it seems interesting. But still is full price 2 years later, guess I'll just wishlist it and wait.

Dying Light? You could probably find the complete package (or whatever it's called) for $20 or under. I think that's what I got it for on a Black Friday years ago, so it's probably even cheaper now.

This was months ago, so I kinda forget my progress. Definitely got up to the place where the intro has a guy chopping another guy's hand off, and there was also some sidequest about returning a stupid VCR tape. It's not too far into the game.

Yeah, S1 had some anime-only ending. I forget what the puzzle was, but it was something drawing tarot cards or probabilities or something. It was pleasant enough, but I dunno if it'll be canon in S2.

Just caught up. Honestly, the premiere was watchable and semi-enjoyable as a mytharc, but only because last season's mytharc eps were so terrible. Not including Joel McHale's garbage character, and having a lot of CSM stuff, shot the enjoyability factor up 50,000%. I look forward to some good MOTW eps, because they were fairly enjoyable last season.

Shame this may be Gillian's last X-Files season. Hopefully they work somethin' out.
