Played some of the new course today. It's pretty nice. Amateur is a simple and easy par 3 set of holes that are good for casual play, and Pro offers a bunch of holes with intrusive buildings in the way. Holes that have you using the draw/fade mechanics and even bouncing off buildings on purpose.

I heard the ranked mode is kinda crappy though. I played on the bus so I haven't gotten a chance to go online.

Yeah, ranked mode is pretty bad. Its 3 holes per match and special shots are turned on. Its also basically participation points since you cant rank down from what I know so far.

No, I wouldn't. Actually, an old friend of mine made a long Instagram post about something like this. She broke up with her long time boyfriend because she couldn't stand him watching porn. She is a traditional Catholic girl so she doesn't believe in any kind of sexual activity until marriage. I'm not sure what she expected from him. She can't tell him to not watch porn and not get off while only giving him kisses on the lips after date night. That's not going to fly with most young men these days.

Huh. I think you're right. I assumed it just had a nonsense name like Fal'cie

And what did you think of the people of gran pulse, the characters, the politics, etc.

For the most part, its interesting except for the poor cast of characters from the original Final Fantasy XIII. There are some parallels to real world religion such as the main antagonist being a version of the Pope or the lCie alluding to principles rooted in Hinduism, Buddhism, and other religions.

Its also neat how the people of Cocoon, the continent above Gran Pulse, see the world below them as corruptible. Its somewhat similar to the Christian perspective of the material world.

I only wish this information was told in a more cohesive way in the first game of the trilogy. The writers had some interesting ideas but all were conveyed poorly to the players.

The rest of your list is fine, but this is not pay to win. It's scummy, garbage tier DLC practices that are absolutely designed to suck money out of people, but since it's strictly a single player game, you are not gaining an unfair advantage over anybody, and thus, not paying to win.

Street Fighter V is not pay to win, either.

https://youtu.be/mBrAlSKqdAE

As part of the Directors Cut, youll be able to play a new story expansion featuring Jin, set on Iki Island with new locations to discover, characters to meet, tales to complete, and more.

Jins journey begins when he discovers that a mysterious Mongol tribe has gained a foothold on Iki. They are led by a revered shaman called Ankhsar Khatun, known to her followers as the Eagle. As both a khatun and a shaman, she is not only a conqueror of nations, but a shepherd of souls. And the danger she presents to Jin and his people is unlike any they have faced.

The only way to counter this threat is for Jin to return to Iki Island. Hes been there once before. And in confronting a new and dangerous enemy, he will be forced to face old fears, and unearth deeply buried traumas. As you explore a new island and battle new threats, youll also delve into the dark past of clan Sakai

Our semi-fictional version of Iki Island provides a stark contrast to Tsushima. It is a wild, lawless land of raiders and criminals, scarred by memories of war, and fiercely independent; the samurai have not been in control there for decades. Skilled though he is, Jin cant take on the Mongols alone. He will have to work withor arounda coterie of unsavory characters to take the fight to the Eagle. The cost of failure is too high. If the Eagle and her tribe subdue Iki and muster the support of its people, Tsushima and the rest of Japan will be in grave danger.

The stories you find on Tsushima are filled with action and adventure. The same is true for Iki Island. In the fight to save Iki, Jin will encounter pirates and smugglers, mad monks and haunted caves. There will be new legends to hear, and new techniques to learn. Jin will have to bring all his skills to bear to defeat this new enemy.

Well also continue telling intimate, emotional, personal stories. Stories about real people struggling to let go of old hatreds and survive in a time of war. Stories about how it feels to be caught between preserving cherished beliefs and defending your home. What it means to be Lord Sakai and what it means to be the Ghost.

For the video below, make sure you turn on CC for English subtitles.

https://youtu.be/7Y8zUgf80q4

This video talks about the characters pictured below and new battle mechanics. It also mentions DLC content maps to earn Macca(currency) and EXP if you're into that.

Here's a picture of the main cast:

https://i.imgur.com/JS7bKp3.jpg

We have a brand new demon named Manananggal, from Filipino myth.

https://i.imgur.com/ecmGSjz.png

The manananggal is described as scary, often hideous, usually depicted as female, and always capable of severing its upper torso and sprouting huge bat-like wings to fly into the night in search of its victims. The manananggal is said to favor preying on sleeping, pregnant women, using an elongated proboscis-like tongue to suck the hearts of fetuses, or the blood of someone who is sleeping. It also haunts newlyweds or couples in love. Due to being left at the altar, grooms-to-be are one of its main targets.[1] The severed lower torso is left standing, and is the more vulnerable of the two halves. Sprinkling salt, smearing crushed garlic or ash on top of the standing torso is fatal to the creature. The upper torso then would not be able to rejoin itself and would perish by sunrise.

Here's a random new screenshot:

I feel the same way. My friends are always calling me weekly to hang out in person and do activities. I just dont want to be bothered most of the time especially when they want to play something like Smash Bros. I have all the games we play together so plans tend to revolve around my availability.

This sucks because if I dont meet up with them or if I decide to leave early, they call it a night because they dont have anything else to do. Therefore, I feel like I have to be there sometimes even though I really dont want to.

Ive started to put my phone on Do not disturb mode so they cant spam me with calls or text messages begging to play video games despite telling them no the first time.

If Ive had a long day either working or at school, the last thing I want to do is bringing all of my video games to someone elses place to play them for hours on end. At that point, I just want to chill and be alone.
