When a dearly departed loved one is laid to rest in a Mausoleum, does the family have to keep paying rent on the cubby hole?

For example, If you don't pay for the upkeep, the deceased person can be evicted from the Mausoleum and the family will have to find somewhere else for their loved one to spend all eternity..

If the world keeps spinning and we all keep living, technology is about to advance more in the next twenty years than in the previous 1000 years.
