I would assume ignore lists are tied to each account, so switching to an alt would naturally do nothing if that alt doesn't have the same list as your main

"Switching to an alt" is a thing GameFAQs generally seems to prefer to pretend doesn't happen

no i mean my main is warned and on that account the moderation staff told me i should ignore the d*mb b*d user rather than speak my mind which i actually did before their warning and so now on that account i see the topic again and am incited to once again point my ire towards the aforementioned user
