You wont ever get out of your situation until you separate your emotional spending from logically handling each bill. Focus on one thing at a time and call all the people you owe money to see if you can get extensions or even 3 month windows of no payments to use that money on things you have to pay. If you have a car payment defer one or 2 payments.
