Most MBA programs love to use Southwest as a case study for a variety of different business strategies...but the industry itself is often cited as an example of one that has low barriers to entry. if things have changed since then, my post could be wrong. |

I especially liked his "You technically don't have to do anything. You get to choose because you could just kill yourself. Well, you only get one of those" or something along those lines, his way of saying it was obviously more elegant. |
