I live in Gibraltar which is near Spain, but your close since Gibraltar is British.

There too much pollution with Spain refinery, Gibraltar load of constructions and demolition, many ships near the beach with smoke at time and petrol, bankering, etc.

My health is really bad, I cant be a single month without getting sick anymore. Without Hemp Oil my allergies would attack me so much that it would make me unable to work due to the huge migraine.

I would guess the ones in the link I posted that you clearly didn't visit. Here is the top 10 by crime by street using actual police data since clearly asking you to actually look at the evidence I've provided is too hard.
