Logan will write it while DiCaprio goes off to star in the untitled next film by writer/director Quentin Tarantino in their first teaming since Django Unchained. The da Vinci project is special for DiCaprio, who got his first name because his pregnant mother was looking at a Leonardo da Vinci painting in a museum in Italy when the future star kicked for the first time. It seems like fate that the actor should play the artist who painted The Last Supper and the Mona Lisa.

The story would've been so much more interesting if Rey actually took Kylo Ren's offer to team up. Seems like some of the stuff he was saying in that scene actually made sense (starting over, moving on from the past, etc.)

Instead, we ended up with a generic 'good vs evil' ending/story, and they'll probably stick to that same boring theme in the next movie.

DiCaprios will play an aging actor in the story that is being kept under wraps but is a Pulp Fiction-esque movie set in the 1969 Los Angeles during the summer of the Manson murders.

Tarantino has already asked Margot Robbie to play the role of Sharon Tate, and as Deadline has reported Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt have been circling the project with DiCaprio for what is known to be two meaty male roles.

Leo + Robbie + Pitt + Cruise all in 1 movie would be fucking amazing

Logan is crazy overrated. People confuse blood and swearing for good writing.

But the reality is Logan is cliche as fuck

That's like the plot of 17 action films... Christ that pretty much was the plot of X-men Origins Wolverine. And people hated that movie.

On top of that, as mentioned it has no strong villains and gigantic plot holes

People give it's bullshit way toooo much of a pass because "OMG they said fuck and got stabbed and bled and died and stuff. It's so edgy!"

$45,000 says if they released that identical script with a PG rating and heavily censored with more color, it'd be considered medicore.

Batman Begins is way better for actually being more of an original story and take on the superhero genre.

Logan had more emotion and a more meaningful story than most superhero movies nowadays.

But I do agree about Batman Begins. Probably my favorite superhero movie ever. I just think TDK's ridiculously overrated. It'd be nothing without the performances of Ledger and Eckhart.

It didn't need a central villain. The movie was more about the end of Wolverine/Logan's journey as a character.

But still, I thought Pierce was pretty badass as the leader of the Reavers.
