Short writeups for today cause I have "sick debuff", haha. All the votes were significantly easy.

Schizm is a great ambient song I can't get into, Arknights is decent pop stuff. Child of Light and Zero Gravity are cool even if I'm not super crazy about them, special mention to CoL for being one of my favorite OSTs growing up. Redeem makes me wish Zanza was here. When are we giving of the best Xenoblade songs its flowers? Library is awesome, Pepo is just a beast remixing stuff, really love it.

This is a very cute track. I never get tired of how touching is Mystery Dungeon's sound. While it's not as overly hitting as Don't Ever Forget, it makes one imagine of a ending full of emotions. Very nice, I don't feel so strongly about it but it's pleasant to listen. Ah, this one rocks. Great guitar solos and the hook is memorable. I'm not sure how to describe this genre, it's kinda made for nights at the bar. Either way, I enjoy it. Silent Hill music is just built different... I gotta vote it, sorry PMD.

Hm, guess we're back in another track that does cool synth atmosphere and I can't quite get into it. The mid-song additions and the intro are interesting but the main song isn't my thing, really. I'll give it stylish points, though.Oh, good to see Dragalia Lost over here. Was surprised to see it dropping the bass immediately. Anyways, this is danceable, I love it! It goes through a lot of styles that keep it going strong. I can see it drags a bit from Fire Emblem in the middle, too. It's not a perfect song by any means but it's quite good. Great job!

Woah, Rinne sounds a lot better and more epic on this second listen, however Sakura does as well. This match is stacked, but I'm keeping my vote. Kinda glad this went to a tie, it's truly a clash of the masters.

Tunic is a very nicely done track, the lo-fi esque sound is very pleasant; I'm not sure why I can't feel the melody coming onto me, though. Oh... oh dios mo. Well, being hit straight with my native tongue's lyrics felt very good, but damn, the instrumental of this is absolutely great too and the natural sounds adds positives. This is straight up something you would hear in Latino American radios in the 90s or 2000s. This is awesome, super awesome, what the heck? I don't even mind the weird pronounciation, everything makes sense. I'm obsessed. Easy match. So easy. Jeebus...

Okay, back to reality. Hm, this is a weird song. It zig zags between a hard-hitting build up and a more calmer and mysterious vibe, and I'm not sure if it's in a way I could get hooked onto. I will give it credit though, because it keeps me listening, it's interesting alright. Ohh, Softbank is pretty exciting. I'm not sure how to describe it, but it makes me excited for the future. It's kinda shmup coded. Whatever the right synopsis is, I like it. Tough decision! Uhhh.. yeah, let's follow the curiosity, I'm tempted by these loud sounds.

Hey, Subarashii is back at it. This is some pretty nice FM. Calm and sweet, and I quite like the choice of instruments. Very slick, really. Hmm... I mean yeah, it's good Naganuma stuff, I'm just so used to listen the dealer samples in more creative ways and the instrumental doesn't hit me as other JSRF songs. Uh, I think I'll be cool with Twin Moon. But they're both good on their own ways.

Look guys, it's my #1 pick for this tourney! Lots I have to talk about this track... well, I'm just amazed someone made a fusion-racing-esque remix of Omiwa Legend and it sounds so clean! And only now I realize it quotes Gymnopedie No. 1, which is a song I adore very much too... jeez, Uchulups is so good at this. This OST just has great music all around, but this one is my favorite. The name is just the icing on the cake, by the way. It's perfect. Maybe I'm a little biased for certain in-game thing about this song? *sigh* I'll just proceed to its opponent. So, I've listened to Churning Plant plenty of times and I still don't get why it's so liked. The sounds at the intro and the end of the loop are undeniably cool, but I would prefer the song much more if it built itself from that instead of going into forgettable territory. It has other redeeming stuff at the later part of the loop, but it's nothing that gets me hooked. I don't know, maybe it will end growing on me, but as far as today it's just fine and nothing else. I get to vote for Ichirin without regret, yay! Really hope it wins, but I can't understimate how popular is Forgotten Land. May the best continue.

Interesting track. Yeah, the build up is nice and all the sections catch my attention as it goes, very ethereal as the title promises. Oh yeah, this is some classic Gust. Accordion and flute as leads are awesome! Hard match here, folks. I thiiiink I'll pick the prison. But damn, both doesn't miss. You just had to make a tough corner, didn't ya?

I like the rap but I don't vibe much with the instrumental, it's fine I guess, definitely not as good as Panic in the Sky. Rage is pretty good, I really dig this part at the bridge! I like the vocals and the instrumental does some interesting things. Pretty cute. Easy vote.

Riven has a track that starts nicely but I don't think it does enough to hook me before it fades away. A shame cause it's pretty captivating. I guess it's a song more suited for in-game. Ah, Mario Kart 8 DLC, quite a good source of music. Love the tin whistle lead and the song feels magical and inviting. Woods time, albeit I appreciate Moeity for what it is.

About That is very good and danceable, just what I expect of Paradise Killer by now. Everything is very solid, I enjoy it. Round reminds me fondly to Candle Hill from last year, with its gentle and warm tone and that winds lead. The instruments is rich on variety too. That final bit is nice, too. I think it's a vote for FAR, but both songs are great no matter who advances.

As stupid as this is gonna sound, listening to the first part of 14.3 Billion reminded me to a 100 gecs song, and it improved the experience. It's a pleasant combo of nostalgia for home and orchestrated graciousness, it summarizes the game well, and I like it. Aria Math has been growing on me, it has a captivating design and unusual even for Minecraft itself. I thought this match was going to be closer, but gotta give it to the classics.

Oh, this is sweet! The chorus is a fantastic addition, actually. Strong stuff here for an opening, nice job, Sakura. b10 is epic, but I think it doesn't hit as hard as the melody makes it out to be. It's good for what it is though, just not my stuff.

T11 is... mesmerizing. Beautifiul melody connected with some instruments that evocate better times. I'm pretty speechless, it's great! It's kind of what I expected for such a game title. On the other hand, we have a common TCG banger. Not much to say, it's danceable and high tier Game Boy music. Hmm... yeah, I gotta give to the kangaroos. Too good to pass. Hard decision though!

I've always said none of the modern Torna-likes hit as hard as Torna. However, NB takes some tropical-ish percussion instead and I really dig that. The main melody is very catchy too and I dig those solos. Very good, very good. Crymachina is very nice, the drop hits great. Par for the course for VGMC, really.

Donk is very good 80s dance stuff. If I didn't knew any better I'd imagine they'd just license this, but nevertheless it's quite respectable. Enthusia is fine, the final part is really good the buildup doesn't do mind blowing stuff. I guess I'm not feeling either today. And I don't have time to decide, either...

Well, does New Bohdum surpass my liking for Live & Learn? Looks like no, but this song is really pretty, with the characteristic details I adore of FF 13 music, and the second part is a very nice change. I won't be mad if it wins. Live & Learn is just a song that always gets me excited, a tried and true formula. Bless SA2 music. But again, perfectly fine if NB makes it!

If I had to rank Katamari Damacy 1 music, Katamari on the Rocks would end in the lower half despite being so great, just because the whole soundtrack is so stacked. I can totally understand your point. Excited to see this!
