So if you buy an .jpg NFT through Twitter, then Twitter shuts down or stops backing NFTs due to legal issues, there isn't really any legal rammifications if someone were to take that same .jpg and create a new NFT for it on the brand new BitButt(tm) exchange. An NFT is essentially a licensing agreement done through blockchains. You don't actually own anything.
