What exactly are you asking is fair ? That you have to be observed ? That your students arent getting a proper education ?

That I barely have time to prepare a fucking good lesson. How am I supposed to teach kids that have been off for a fucking week on to write a line in y = mx + b form given two points? On a Tuesday. 1st period.

I know I seem crazy on here but I'm actually a decent teacher and my classes have gone well. At the least the 8th grade ones.

I'm a middle school teacher and we just had a week break. Tomorrow I have my pre-observation meeting with the principal and then I have my actual observation on 1st period Monday.

My observation last year went really well but I don't feel prepared for this. I literally have one day. I don't think these kids even remember how to graph lines from slope intercept form. I got soft and decided not give them any work over thanks giving break.

No you. There needs to be one. That being said, the president doesn't have the authority to order one, that shit is up to the individual states. I'm teaching 8th graders how to graph equations from slope intercept form. You know...y = mx + b stuff.

For the 6th graders I'm teaching them how to find percent of a number. Like 60% of 90 and stuff like that.
